McDonald's

These people need to use more mayo. I ordered McChickens, a few without lettuce that almost looked as if mayo was on it, but taken off. BC the only mayo that was on said chickens soaked into the bun and seemed residual like...
But it was all still good. The McDouble was fire for sure.
When it comes to the service - it was good. Polite and accurate. Went at a normal speed. I didn't time it but I would estimate it took 7 min or better, which isn't bad for 6 McChickens, 1 McDouble, 1 Quarter Pounder & 3 LG Fry.
If you or anyone else has seen the mayo, please contact McDonald's North Dirksen.

Of course the best McDonald's in town. They get the order right every time. A close second would be the one on Monroe. Billy is amazing and should be the manager. Very efficient.

I got upgraded to a large smoothie because I had go wait. It was great. Food was good

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and an apple pie- both very tasty. That, and a very friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience!

Since the McDonald's on 9th and North Grand closed I've been going to this McDonald's on Jefferson St. and their service and just the atmosphere there is far better than 9th St. I would highly recommend this McDonald's faster service, friendlier employees, and cleanliness of the store was way better. I would say a much better experience at this McDonald's than 9th St will definitely visit again.

Very nice and polite and saw I had two cups and was asked if I wanted a two cup holder to help carry it..I said yes of course. Of all McDonald's I been to this was the first I was asked that and offered assistance in making things easy to carry

Food was fresh and hot. The staff on the other hand was stale and cold

McDonald's in Rome. Amazing. Very different from USA.

The morning crew working the drive through at this location is truly refreshing. They are pleasant and welcoming. A stark contrast in service from other fast food experiences. By the way, my breakfast sandwich was hot, fresh, and tasty.

Had 2 fish sandwiches (not listed here), 2 for $6.00, and a Shamrock shake.

We stop for a breakfast sandwich a couple times a week Tara who works the window is always great and a big reason we stop here.

It was a great experience. They had the food ready when I got there.

This location was amazing today. I'm from Indiana and they had a special going on here that we don't have at home. With the lady at the speakers suggestion she saved me around $5 off my order. Keep up the great work :) They were very busy at the time too, yet she still took the time to help me rather then just let me pay more.

This McDonald's has all new staff .very great customer service ordering drive thru . Big Mac with large fries was awesome. Highly recommend

No Shamrock Shakes 😶 for goodness sakes. Machine is down. Even though there were only 2 employees, they were working their tails off and were trying to clean the machine in between orders. They were fast with our order and friendly with their service. ☺

Absolutely love when I get hot fries and hot food had absolutely a great experience really friendly cashier super friendly server could not ask for better this store on this day upheld the McDonald's standard to the fullest

I went to this mcdonalds at 9:35am looking for the new caramel macchiato and a steak bagel. Not only was i felt welcomed as the cashier said "anything else baby" she was the sweetest morning person i met and helped me with my coupon. The coffee was 10/10 and this steak bagel WAS THE FIRST STEAK BAGEL NOT GREASY IVE EVER HAD! GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU

This is McDonald's. How this McDonald's stands out is the staff. They are kind and courteous. One staff member noticed that I was short on change for my meal and offered to help. I eventually used my card but his kindness was already made present. A young lady offered me a substitute to a mcflurry because it was near closing time and they were closing.

I love McDonald's but the W. Jefferson one is great! Everything I go the nicest employees are there. The managers must be doing something right! Keep it up.

Very good food, if you're looking for a fast food restaurant. You can go in & eat or order to go.
