Potbelly

I think this was my first time having a Potbelly sandwich and it was a great experience. They were out of their signature “wreck” sandwich so I tried their Italian on wheat. I like how they toast the sandwich first then add whatever you want on it. Not unlike other such places like Subway. Staff were friendly and though there isn’t much seating, there was plenty for the amount of people while I was there. Seems to be a favourite for the air crews too.

Surprisingly great for airport location. Must be the extremely attentive staff while I was there. Diamond was the manager and what was impressive was discovering her youthfulness while maintaining a comportment beyond her years. I would steal her away with a job offer!!!

Super friendly staff! Sandwich was fresh tasting & everything was reasonably priced compared to everywhere else in the airport. 👍🏼

I love the Potbelly Wreck. Great comfort food. The manager and staff were helpful, kind and made me feel like I mattered. An uncommon experience at many fast food restaurants.

Wow I smelled it then I had to get a sandwich the food was great. And the music is cool. To top it off the three ladies working at 7 am are so funny friendly and have great energy. Great prices for an airport.

Order one Mediterranean Sandwich got two. It was pretty good sandwich

The best sandwich I've ever had. Add avocado and a side of mac cheese. Yummy. And to all these negative customer service reviews, my service was phenomenal. The first guy was funny and polite. The cashier was courteous. Maybe it's the time of day? Maybe it's just frustrated travellers expecting to much? I eat here for the food.

Quality and value at an airport restaurant? Didn't know it was possible but we really enjoyed our salads. And I should also mention the outstanding service - got everything right, well done!

Long line at lunch and staff was courteous and polite while getting orders out promptly! When the slightest lull in the crowd happened someone was on the floor clearing table and cleaning up! And I love an airport vendor that tells you to have a safe trip! Great job all around!

Had the avo Turkey sub. Was really good!

Fast service. Friendly staff. Great sandwiches. Not quite as good as Potbellys not in airports but still worth stopping for.
