Really good brunch spot. Tried the fries with pork belly and they were really good. Fries were crispy and coated with a delicious sauce.
Also got the pork belly burger and they even put the Asian chili oil flakes on it. Came with potatoes but it was whole potatoes instead of fries or cut.
Served was nice and price was reasonable.

Best biscuits and gravy in Johnson county (I’ve tried Tin Roost, 30 Hop, Pullman). The biscuits are soft and moist and the gravy is rich! I wasn’t entirely sold on the Nashville Chicken and Waffles— it looked better than it tasted. My Father in law also got the PB banana pancakes— those were rich and delicious.

Great atmosphere and kind service. I will be back to try more of the menu! A new favorite of mine :)

Very modern decorated restaurant. The mirror in the female bathroom is 👌🏽. Server was friendly and attentive. Spin and artichoke dip is delicious. I'm visiting from out of town and I'll definitely come back next time!

Highly recommend the Mushroom Swiss burger and fries. Fries are super crunchy and amazing! Burger was cooked perfectly with a blast of flavor! Only issue I had was the cream soda. Seemed watered down without flavor for 5$ a drink.

Definitely my favorite go-to place for a great burger!!! The hummus is wonderful. The menu continues to update. We've never had a bad meal or experience here. The staff is friendly and out to please. You'll love the patio!! Love music ♡

This was our first visit to The Copper Boar. Our server Megan was knowledgeable, personable, fun, and efficient. This was a meal for my daughter’s birthday, and Megan provided her a free dessert without us even asking or aware that your restaurant did that for birthdays. The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner, a huge bonus considering we had two one year olds in our party. We will recommend this restaurant to others and will definitely be back.

I’ve been to Copper Boar three times now, each visit has been excellent! Twice it has been for drinks and appetizers at the bar and once for supper with my wife. Drinks were fantastic and the service was great, but the star is definitely the food! I’ve had the squash soup all three visits, it’s literally one of the best soups I’ve ever tried. Velvety soup with crème fraiche and seasoned, roasted pepitas on top. It is amazing! I look forward to my next visit and just saw they’ve expanded their menu. Do yourself a favor, try this place out.

I had the regular burger served on a brioche bun, homemade pickles and a special sauce. It was delicious. The French fries are the best I've had, with a crisp seasoned coating, I'm not a fry person, but loved these. Great atmosphere.

I went here for the first time with my wife recently and was blown away by everything. Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had (madame). Atmosphere and service were top tier. If you are in the Iowa city/Cedar Rapids Area you are doing yourself a disservice by not trying Copper Boar!

An interesting upscale pub menu including salads, burgers, pizzas, pasta, and some bigger plates like steak, salmon, or chicken. The outdoor area looked really nice, but we sat inside. Large restaurant with an industrial aesthetic.

Very nice restaurant, decor was well done. We went at an off hour and had great service .The Prime Rib dip was excellent with the Coconut Squash soup

I very much enjoyed the brunch and have been back a few times. I have not don't dinner yet but I am hopeful that it will be just as good as the breakfast I have had. I recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for a new breakfast spot. The pancakes were very good as well!

Very nice place! Very clean, and great customer service. However the food was top notch! I absolutely loved everything we ate. My husband as well. I had the Nashville hot fisch and chips . Was confused because they weren't spicy at all but delicious and the Dill fries omg!! My husband got the crispy chicken sandwich dipped in the Korean sauce. We also ordered the bravatta and squash app and I coukd eat that everyday. We don't eat out often but when we do we want it to be good and Copper Boar did not disappoint.

Big plate of food I brought home leftovers and my son tried my fries and said they were the best he's ever had. Price is good as well

An excellent dining experience. The food was great and so was the service. They have so many options that I think everyone can find something they enjoy here.

Everything was excellent, Nashville hot chicken was awesome. Burgers are awesome. Wings were great.

Stopped in from out of town. 1st time there. It was about 7pm on Thursday and we were seated right away. Great selection of beers and N/A options. The 3 of us split the burrata and squash app. It was delicious. I had the pork schnitzel, it was so flavorful and balanced. Even the ceasar salad was fresh, nicely chopped Romaine with home made dressing and croutons. The boys had the club and Elliot burger with dill fries. We spent the whole time passing the food around because each item was so good. Service was amazing, I wish I could remember the servers name. Sweet girl and very attentive, I believe the owner/manager even stopped by a couple times. Great atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

I got too meet Co-Owner Ty. One of three 20+ years of experience Owners. At least 2 on deck on any night. Its a Clean and Classy place. A full Bar Top. Outside seating. Private seating options. Booths. Full party booth. 8 seat Hi Top. In My opinion; fantastic for anyone in the: North Liberty, Coralville, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City area. The food is Amazing!!! And trust Me when I say its good. It looks amazing! Tastes even better! And I got take out! A modern day class that You will only get at Copper Boar American Pub.

Our server was Grace. She was great! The food was excellent also. My wife, mother-in-law and I came in for the first and totally enjoyed everything. We say, give Grace a raise.

The food was absolutely amazing Great atmosphere extremely clean super friendly staff amazing drinks I will be back again and again and again probably the most highly recommended restaurant I could actually do for the state of Iowa hell maybe altogether

Love this place! We didn't have a half an hour wait & it wasn't too loud to hear each other talk like Tin Roost. Food was great & fast coming out, when they were out of something the owner offered my hubby half off his food he substituted. Great, friendly service & a fun menu, Will definitely be back!🤩
