McDonald's

My sister and I stop here from time to time on our way to work. Food is always fresh and ready. The best part though, is going through the drive thru and having Deanna give us our food with the warmest of greetings and chit chat. I’m not a huge fan of McDonald’s but I could roll through there every morning with her smiles and greetings.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to in Iowa go to Dubuque eat McDonald's there you will appreciate this location it was very clean and the trash was not overflowing like Dubuque is even when things are slow!

That 4 cheeseburgers, 4 fries, and 20 nughet deal saved us. We travel a lot, and this week, we are low on funds. We ordered two of those, and that fed my wife, me, and 3 children. 16, 11, and 2. Awesomeness deal and great food.

Everybody come here and gripe but few come to compliment. These folks are wonderful. Been stopping every morning for a couple of months. They are always quick and very friendly.

Drive Thru here to buy Happy Meal ( like a kid collecting toys 😅😊 )

Just left this location. Haven’t ate my food yet But had to make a review. Literally the best customer service I have received in a McDonald’s yet. Just im so shocked to see those guys in there at 9pm on a Sunday working so hard and still providing excellent customer service after what has probably been a long day. Didn’t get their names but it was two gentlemen in the drive thru at around 9:18pm 7/15/21 . Also my bag of food is piping hot so im guessing it is fresh. Thanks for your awesome attitudes guys very much appreciated! Will definitely be back!

Food was the perfect balance between hot enough that it was just made and cool enough to eat right away. Order was up in maybe a minute if not less. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Interior was clean and inviting. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to others. Sets a great standard that more McDonald's should go by.

Great food as always. Can't beat the prices and their great. Love McDonald's French fries.

We eat at this McDonalds all the time. Today (6/2/2020) the Drive thru line was crazy busy. The staff were very pleasant and got us through the line quickly. The gentleman at the 2nd window was awesome! He cracked jokes with my kids and showed them so much kindness. Thank you! My kids hope to see you there next time!!

I don't go inside much but, this place is good for a quick drive through when I am in that area. They get the order right and can be depended on for prompt service. The staff is very pleasant and personable as well.

My family of 6 stopped in to this location on the way home from a weekend stay at Sugar Bottom. We were tired and wet from the rain and looking to grab coffee and breakfast on the go. We communicated with 3 people who provided exceptional service. The first was a young African American girl who took our order and then took our payment at the first window. We were a little indecisive because of the bunch of small kids in the back picking and choosing what they wanted for breakfast. The girl was patient and had a smile as we went from ordering 2 Mcmuffins, to 4, to 6 and then finally ended with 8. We then went up the the second window and found a nicely dressed man and a blonde haired woman, both with genuine smiles and energetic attitudes. They identified our coffees to us individual sugar and creamer choices and then were quick to get our sandwiches out to use. When I asked for a water, they were smiley and fun instead of irritated with us. We don't visit McDonald's too often, unless we're in a crunch, but it's not often that we don't find the same dull attitudes and blank stares of window workers. It was a pleasant surprise to come in contact with such a different type of service on such a dreary, rainy morning.

Clean and very peaceful. The daytime manager took my order and was very nice and respectfull. Before I could sit down, my food was delivered and was hot and fresh. Please stop there, say hello and enjoy the food.

I accidentally left the drive thru without getting my credit card back, realized it later that day, went back to retrieve it and it was still there very friendly and helpful cashiers helped and reassured me. I was so relieved once I got it back I wasn't possitive vwhere I left it, I was so stressed out then relieved! Cashier lifted a huge weight off my shoulders!

I watch the on-duty manager handle a delegate issue this morning and I was eating eating breakfast. I feel she handled it with professionalism and courtesy that I would expect from an owner of the store

Adam was working tonight , first time I had seen him at McDonald’s, he is one of the kindest workers ever, he greeted me with a smile and although no one was coming to the second window to help me he told the working into his own hands. Thank you Adam for making my work filled night a little sweeter.

Great location, good food. Lunch time around 12:30 was fairly busy, but the service was great and very fast. Food was freash when typically stale or slightly old. Great job!

Food was served fast and had good service. We got everything in our order. There was even a good ol' Ronald McDonald prop on the bench in front of the restaurant.

Great staff!! They were crazy busy! Food was hot, fries hot. Great drive through person today!! Great job to all!!

I've been to alot of McDonald's and this one was by far one of the best food was super fresh and staff was unbelievably friendly

They were short staffed but went out of their way to be as efficient as possible.
