Bridge Plaza Apartments

I filled out an app and was told I could return ssi statement and money order at the same time. Had brought a check and ssi wasn't what you needed. I've called several times and can't get a call back. What can I do if anything. I like others I am sure desperate for a home. Please let me know. THANK YOU

Hi my name is julyssa ive seen noticed fall is almost over and the site said will be pre leasing in fall. Im interested in applying for a unit I completed the steps on the website im just waiting for a call or something from the company stating i can come to office to fill out application. Ive left a voicemail on office phone stating my information to be contacted. Please reach out i would love to move forward in the application process and hopefully get into one of your units.( edit ) will we able to start pre leasing before 2024 gets here its almost January and haven't heard anything from you guys and im really interested in these apartments

I’m a current tenant here at Bridge Plaza and I’m starting to really dislike living here. At first I was extremely happy how fast and helpful they were with filling out the application. After viewing the unit and getting finished with the application is when it all went downhill. Before moving in and immediately after viewing the unit my fiancé asked if the unit would be cleaned before moving in. As they are new apartments so there was a bunch of dust and dander all around. There was also a dead roach laying on the floor. Which is the main reason my fiancé asked if the unit was going to be cleaned before moving in. They assured us yes. We moved in and the apartment was definitely not clean because the same dead roach was in the same spot. We decided to move past the situation and handled it ourselves. We tried to understand that they were busy with leasing out all the new units. We’ve been living here less than a month and requested a bug spray around the inside of our apartment because we have seen more roaches (we live very clean and majority of the time our apartment smells like beach and a glade plug in because we are constantly cleaning) we had to constantly call (they never answer, not even the voicemails) for our washer drain hole to be opened so we could install our washer and actually be able to use or washer. Our dishwasher broke. It does not work and we have bee constantly trying to call the office and they never answer. My fiancé has left many voicemails with 0 calls back. My fiancé and I are not home during the office hours so it’s hard to go down to the office and talk to them. We also have a 3 month old baby so on the days one of us are home we are home with the baby and can be a hassle getting down there. The first impression of these apartments was great. But actually living here is not as great as the first impression.
