Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered by phone, pizza was hot and fresh by the time we got there from Harpers Ferry. Convenient location

We ordered on Sunday after Pizza Hut took our order and didn't fill it. There was only 1 gentleman working, but he was super nice and apologized that he was filling an order of over 10 pizzas before us. We let him know that Pizza Hut wasn't open so he would probably get busy.

When we came back to get our pizza (ran an errand while waiting), our pizzas were nice and hot and he got someone else to come in to help him with the deluge of orders he had.

I forget about them since their deals are not as great as other pizza places, but will absolutely put them to the front of my pizza rotation.

The food itself is pretty good, same taste as most other papajohns.. Main reason for this Rating is Costumer service, Even tho they made me wait and they lost my order and than they delivered to the wrong address… The person on the phone did everything to correct the mistakes. I appreciate when someone goes above and beyond!! Thanks for being helpful and honest!!

Lastnight the door dasher ripped us off so I called in to explain and the manager was super cool and gave us a credit. We called back tonight to order and use it and he answered and was super helpful. Thank you. We also order everyday lol

Delivery - pizza was delivered in the alloted time frame they specified. Pizza was hot and fresh. Driver was friendly, professional and courteous. I tried the Shaq pizza, definitely lived up to the commercials.

This place is great. Ordered both delivery and take out in the past. Delivery is always quick and easy. All the staff I've encountered are very professional and the pizza is always exactly what you'd expect. Haven't had any issues this far.

Today I ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and a bottle of soda. I wanted it to be delivered and instead I ordered it as pick up. So I called and was put on hold for at least four minutes. I didn't like it because I am impatient, but I knew that they were busy and under staffed. I know what it's like to work at a restaurant that gets very busy and to get yelled at for stuff that you cannot control. The girl that I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Papa John's is my go to place for pizza!

Ordered 1 large supreme stuff crust pizza for delivery. I'm not from the area but if I were I'd def order from this store again. They went heavy on the toppings and it was delivered in half the time they quoted. Good job guys and gals!

We just fed a housewarming party of 10 people. Not knowing what everyone liked, I got a large veggie, large cheese, large meat. Everybody was happy.

Hint: go to Amazon and get a red insulated pizza delivery container. Cost me $20. Everybody loves the hot pizza when I bring it to their house!

The Charles Town Papa Johns saved the day when we had a last minute change of plans and had to quickly feed 50 people. They were kind, helpful, and truly professional. We are so grateful!

Super fast service the two times I've gotten delivery. Once they prompted us that it could be 45mins to an hour wait ..which we were okay with. Well they were at our door in 20 minutes. Food was great as always with PaPa Johns.

The manager Nick really deserves 5 stars more than anyone else. When I ordered jalepeno popppers first time they were anything but jalepeno poppers lol, but when I complained about it the manager responded appropriately and his service in response deserves 5 stars for sure

Best Papa John's ever! Had a lil mishap but they corrected and sent a better pizza. Im forever a go to charles town Papa John's !!! Thank you its delicious!!

They are fast! Everytime we order carryout from them, the pizza is done in minutes and is always cooked just right.

Just had the Papa Bowl - I gotta say you get a lot for the money and it tastes great. This will be my Go-To moving forward

This place is very surprising. It's consistently good, and they deliver to the middle of nowhere Out of the three big pizza chains, these guys are the best in town..

Employee was very helpful and the pizza is friggin outstanding. I live for their limited time "cheeseburger pizza" its got pickles on it! ☺

The pizza was decent. Wasn't interested at first, but the smell got me. After the first piece, I mowed down on the rest! Delicious!
