Ledger Creek Cabin

We rented the Ledger Creek Cabin for a 4 day mini work retreat, and we were so pleased to discover an immaculate cabin in the middle of the woods with every accommodation we could need. The mornings we spent strategizing for the new year at the large kitchen table. The afternoons and evening we spent taking in some of the fantastic local and semi local activities. The later evenings we spent sitting around the fire pits, playing pool or cards and enjoying each others company.
There is so much to do in the area during all seasons including rafting, wineries, hiking, and antiquing. On our specific trip we visited the downtown ellijay area and also took a trip to the nearish (1 hour away) Cherokee Casino. We highly recommend the Ledger Creek Cabin for a getaway with your family, friends, or coworkers.

I've been to Ledger Creek twice now and cannot wait to go back again! It is immaculately clean, well stocked, and cozy! The floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs bedrooms and the panoramic screened porch are my absolute favorite features- total serenity enjoying nature from the comfy cabin. The décor is just right- provides a mountain feel but not overdone, very sophisticated. The hot tub was super relaxing and they refill and clean it for each guest so that's a plus! It feels "off the beaten path" while still located just 10-20 minutes from several great wineries and restaurants. I could go on and on....come stay here! You will love it!

What a wonderful spot to unwind! The beautiful wooded setting, the great fire pit with the soothing sounds of the creek in the background, the charming decor....all added up to a perfect weekend. The cabin was welcoming, immaculately clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Great weekend in Ellijay at Eagle Mountain ~ Ledger Creek Cabin. The cabin was impeccably clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and so many extras to make our time fun. We went for my daughter’s birthday. This was perfect. We enjoyed lounging in the hammock listening to the creek, playing guitar by the lighted fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, and even some late night video games. We will be back!

My family and I live in Woodstock, Georgia and have been wanting to stay in this area for years. My grandfather had a cabin in Ellijay in more of a neighborhood setting that my boys always loved visiting. Unfortunately he sold it before we could get a chance to stay there as a family, so we came upon Ledger Creek Cabin when doing a search for cabins in the area. I could immediately tell that the owners paid attention to detail from their presentation of the home. They even have a website to show you all the features and ensure it is right for your group’s needs. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. You can tell the owners of this home take extreme pride in making sure you enjoy your stay. Nothing is out of place and they have gone to extreme lengths to make sure you feel at home. We can’t wait to book our next stay (we are already discussing when that will be)! If you are looking somewhere to stay in this area, book this property, you won’t be disappointed!

I feel so privileged to have stayed at the "fun cabin" for our family adventure to Georgia. Oscar was an excellent host. The cabin is exquisite with no detail overlooked. He gave us wonderful guidance when we wanted to eat out. Stop by to see Tony at the Country Corner Kitchen for the BEST Cuban sandwich! Bigguns has delicious bbq. The pool table and air hockey kept my boys entertained and the jacuzzi relaxed our muscles after the drive. We enjoyed the fire pit and the creek every day. We saw several deer less than 10 minutes after our arrival and again before our departure. I could go on and on. The cabin is immaculate and comfortable. It was an amazing trip. Perfect getaway for social distancing. Don't hesitate! Book it! We will definitely be back.

Ledger Creek Cabin is an absolute must stay at Cabin. You can tell the owners put their all in making Ledger Creek a place that everyone would love. It's kid friendly, spacious, close enough to venture out, but still have that secluded feel. They have even added many different amenities, so if you feel like just staying in there are still things with-in the cabin to enjoy.

Amazing property with access to a fire pit, a 4 range grill, hot tub, pool table, entertainment for the kids/retro gaming for the adults, and 3 spacious bedrooms! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and season your food. Everything was first class and clean. At night there is no light or noise pollution so you can really enjoy being in the Georgia mountains. Don't miss out on your opportunity to get escape to this amazing cabin!

This is a beautiful spacious mountain cabin that is the PERFECT weekend get away. Its quiet and sits on a small creek. The house has plenty for the kids to do and large enough to have separation with all the activities to be had. My favorite was the fire pit down by the creek. This is something we cant do in the city so that was my tranquility.. WE will certainly be back. Thank you Oscar for being such a GREAT host

This cabin was a great experience with lots to do! It was very clean and very relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond if we had any questions. The community has a lot to offer; mini golf, gym, basketball and tennis courts. I will definitely be back for another visit!

I knew as soon as I walked in I was going to enjoy my weekend. Clean, perfectly decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lot's of things to do inside and out. Thanks to the Gomez Family for making a great place to get away!! We loved it and recommend it for a romantic weekend or for the whole family.

LOVE this place! Cleanest cabin rental I've ever seen. The owners are amazingly responsive and put their heart and soul into making this a welcoming place. This is one of those places that puts you into relaxation mode as soon as you arrive.

Cozy cabin in the woods. Perfect spot for a relaxing weekend ladies retreat. Will definitely do a return trip with the family. spacious and beautiful tucked away near DT Elijay. plenty of dining and wineries nearby if looking to go out but also comfy enough to just spend the whole weekend relaxing by the fire or in the hottub.

Spent a wonderful weekend with friends. Sampled local fare and wines. Had an evening toast at the fire pit Kitchen is fully furnished and cabin cozy and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

Had an awsome time. The cabin is well set up for kids and adults. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Hot tub ..grill fireplaces .. fire pit set right next to the creek. Beautifully done.

We loved this cabin. It was cozy, relaxing but full of options for entertainment. Every detail was though of, right down to the personalized soap. We can’t wait to book our next trip.
