FORT MOUNTAIN PROPANE

I want to give KUDOS to Tammy!! I ordered propane about a month ago and I did not receive a bill…(GREAT PRICE ON PROPANE ON THE SUMMER FILL) because I neglected to tell Tammy I have dogs. It is now documented in my account…I have dogs. 🐾❤🐾The person who came to fill my tank the first time was not a dog person…And of Course…Like postmen/postwomen there have been dog bites in the past.Today Michael came to fill my 500 gallon propane tank. He had white hair and white facial hair. He even had a twinkle in his eye. I asked him if he was busy in the winter months. Michael giggled. He filled my tank and was on his way. I have used Fort Mountain Propane for years. This business has had the best prices around when I have called around to price check. THANK YOU TAMMY AND MICHAEL FOR TAKING CARE OF ME!! And TO ALL A GOODNIGHT!!

Crystal was a lot of help! She was very professional and answered all my questions. Also, all of the drivers that have come to my home have always been super. For me, they are the best!

Got our summer special propane fill today not only did we get a great price customer service was outstanding! They worked around our schedule even dealt with the nasty weather today. These are a few of the reasons we are repeat customers for Fort Mountain propane.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to our propane company and Donny Bates. He came out and gave our propane tank a much needed refresh with a new coat of paint!

I enrolled in the budget billing in November and noticed the payment had been doubled and it was pending. In a panic I called the local office Kristy Hill from Lafayette Propane was covering the office. She got the problem resolved quickly and got me a credit for the trouble. I am so grateful to get for going above and beyond to take care of me.

I stopped at Fort Mountain Propane because I drive right by on my way to Ellijay. I got awesome technical advice on my tank setup and ended up switching my service here. I had a flawless delivery at a great price. Most previous reviews are based on prior management. I highly recommend that you try them and you’ll probably get a better price than elsewhere.

best prices, worst communication, they never answer the phone, and will only call back after you leave several messages, they cant tell you when they will deliver because the drivers make their own schedule, sometimes the driver calls before coming and sometimes he just shows up, if no one is home to pay, they will not leave any gas
now, that they have been bought out by UPG, the incompetent office people are gone and service has gotten drastically better, and they still have the best prices around

They were so helpful when I called, they came and hooked up my new tank.. helped me learn to check it, I was very thankful to have found them!
