I cannot compliment the medical staff here enough. Extremely short wait times, very knowledgeable and polite staff who really listen and take the time to communicate with you. They are also very thorough and provide helpful information for every step of your care plan. Highly recommend this medical clinic for your medical needs.

I was sent there from another Urgent Care Center. The receptionist was very friendly. Was called back to the room in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly did bloodwork and x-ray and was out of there in less than three hours And that’s a hell of a lot faster than the main campus emergency room by far, probably the best emergency room experience that I’ve had and I’ve had a few. Would definitely recommend

The Service was great, the facility was very clean, and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was out within 30 minutes from start to finish. That’s what I call great service and it came with a smile.

Wow! My visit here was great! Very nice staff! Everyone was very helpful. Needed an X-Ray and it was all completed in about 40 min. Would highly recommend!

Great, fast, and efficient care provided! Needed quick relief for back spasms before flying and got the help I needed.

Every time I use this Urgent Care facility, I am treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. The usual wait time is much shorter than a hospital and I can just walk in for an urgent issue without waiting for my general practice Dr office appointment.

I did not have a long wait before going to the back. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider were very pleasant and efficient. They diagnosed me quickly and did not order tests that were unnecessary for my symptoms. I would go back again.

This was by far one of the best Hospital/Urgent Care visits I’ve ever experienced. I was blown away by how nice and helpful the staff was, especially Miss Angie Leblanc (the Nurse Practitioner who treated me). She’s actually the nicest person I’ve met in the Medical department/field. She was great at her profession all around. She me feel at ease, cared for, and comfortable; And I left there feeling like I was already healed. To top it off, I didn’t even have to wait but maybe 4 minutes before I was taken to the back to be seen. I was in and out of there in no time at all… Last, but not least, The Clinic was very clean too! If I could give 100 ⭐‘s I would. I’ll definitely be recommending this Lourdes Urgent Care to many people because I am that impressed. Thank you all very much and God bless!

Great staff! Usually seen within reasonable period of time. Only problem I experience is getting medication at pharmacy. I am VA patient. I need to have the VA treatment authorization number to provide to the pharmacy. The receptionist needs to be made aware of this information. It would be a plus to include it when the doctor transmits to the pharmacy. Otherwise the veteran patient needs to hand-carry it.

Lourdes Urgent Care’s service was amazing! I waited in the waiting room for under 5 minutes & was seen immediately by one of the nurses, who was the sweetest! The NP Angie had amazing bedside manner! She is great and very compassionate about what she does. I would definitely recommend the Ambassador location to anyone when they are ill. Great staff & such a beautiful clean building!

From booking my appointment online to walking out of it—the staff and services I experienced were, truly, a life saver. The two ladies at check-in are helpful AND knowledgeable, they’re patient AND kind. Nurse Frankie and NP Angie are an incredible team. I felt like I was able to ask all of the questions I needed to—even the weird ones 😂🤷‍♀. They listened, and they took me seriously. I left with the education I needed to feel better, AND the confidence in which next steps to take next to address my root issue.
Bless these ladies and their diligent work. Give them a shot if you find yourself in a bind. I am grateful to have found them.
