Everyone that works there is amazing! Lucia at the front is spectacular. I went about three weeks for a visit prior because of some issues with my eyes, and when I returned three weeks later not only was I warmly greeted by the entire office Lucia called my by name. I didn’t think that kind of service existed. I refer everyone to Pearle Vision and I will continue to do so.

The staff is awesome! My eye exam revealed results I wasn't expecting. I knew I might have cataracts but not macular degeneration. First time I had my eyes checked in years. I now have my beautiful new glasses & I'm seeing everything clear again! Thank you Lucia & Pearle Vision!

Phenomenal service! We were unfortunately behind schedule (thank you PCB traffic) and the Pearle Vision team was so kind and understanding. They worked with us and we were able to keep our scheduled appt and get my son his first pair of glasses! We had such a great experience he can’t wait to go back for another pair. I’m a first time patient and everyone was very nice. They helped me pick out a cute frame. Update….. no longer a new patient but all were very nice and I got a really cute/ fun frame.

Everyone was more than happy to help with anything I needed. Dr. Patel was wonderful as usual. I was nice to see the employees coming right behind to wipe surfaces and keep everything clean for other patients in the office. I started using this office 3 years ago and they went above and beyond on my first visit and will continue to use them. The passion and caring they showed a new customer had me hooked. Overall experience was excellent. Place was clean and well kept. Employees were practicing proper procedures amid COVID-19. Associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Patel was patient and helped me tweak my contact prescription so I could see better after having the same prescription for many years. I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you!

I loved Dr. Patel. She really took time to explain the use of contacts, evaluated my personal issues and needs and suggested the best type for my needs. The staff that assisted in selection of new glasses were also very professional and helpful. Assuming the glasses turn out as good as I hope, I will surly go back. Covid-19 made the time to complete all exams and transactions unusually long but overall it was a great experience.

Dr. Patel has been my eye doctor for several years. My annual visit yesterday was very thorough due to a great staff. Friendly faces and time spent with patients is a good combination and that’s how I felt leaving the office yesterday.

Dr. Patel is amazing with my elderly father. She is patient and never rushes him. She actually listens to him and makes jokes with my dad. When we were displaced by Hurricane Micheal in the Florida Panhandle, Dr. Patel and her family were staying in the same hotel in nearby Alabama. She is able to pull that memory from him every time they see each other. Most days aren't good days with his memory, so Dr. Patel's time and patience and interest in patients like my dad is amazing. He loves going to see Dr. Patel and it's a bonus that his eyes are holding steady at one prescription.

Dr. Kennedy and her technician gave me a very good examination and evaluation of my annual eye examination. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable and went out of their way to make sure my tests were done right. Dr. Kennedy believes I may have glaucoma and she has referred me to a specialist for further evaluation.

Friendly staff, stayed on schedule with my appointment time. Very knowledgeable with my insurance and benefits. In this time with covud 19 they did use precautions to protect staff and patients.

On vacation and lost a contact - although they didn’t have a trial of my RX they were willing to help and offered suggestions for other places to try and even offered to provide a copy of the RX my eye doctor sent them or to fax it to another provider. Very nice and professional!
