QDOBA Mexican Eats

Great service, great fresh food. The manager working had served us (I am terrible with names sorry I cannot remember) she has been with the company for many years and transferred to this store in Firestone, anyways she was very friendly and patient with us and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The cooks were friendly as well. I rated the atmosphere 3 stars as the inside definitely shows signs of needing a refresh but there were signs posted stating that the inside would be remodeled soon so management is already on it. Based on the level of service we received our first time here at this location, it's no wonder why this is one of the busiest Qdoba locations. Thank you!

This place is on their game with continuously wonderful expedient service! I ordered my food online and I got a free chips and salsa code I tried to redeem. At checkout, it would only let me redeem chips and queso, which we didn’t want to order. When I picked up our food, I told them the situation and they gave us a free large salsa and chips AND threw in two cookies for my daughter and I! Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and was quick to say, “no problem, we got you!” Will always come to this Qdoba! Thank you ladies!

The main reason I rated this place so high is because of the great night crew. AJ made my burrito tonight, and it was 🔥🔥🔥. The gal at the front Brooke was so kind, and Amber is always so friendly and makes sure everything is good.

This is by far the best Qdoba ever! The portions were perfect for the price and the chicken was so tender! Wish all Qdobas were like this one.

Cassie Ashley and the whole crew go above and beyond for us every time we come in. We are always greeted with warm welcomes and a happy atmosphere! Food is great but the environment is better! I’ll never go to any other location!

I love the food at Qdoba! I work really long hours and this place always hits the spot. This location has a great staff that is friendly and inviting. The manager likes to walk out and ask how your meal is going. I personally really like that he does this. It makes me feel welcome to be there. This location is always clean with a lively feeling. Qdoba is the perfect place to come eat with friends or to take a date for the first time!

On a serious note, the staff is beyond amazing and our family enjoys stopping in for a quick, delicious meal after a busy day. Zach, Hannah, and Fernanda take the time to have positive, entertaining interactions with customers which is sometimes hard to come by in this industry.

My husband and I go here quiet often and have always had a great experience. Especially this past Friday. Issac and Cassie were great and we really appreciate their amazing customer service!

This was my first time going to Qdoba, and the service was very warm and friendly. The bowl that I got was so good! I liked it better than Chipotle. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Ordered catering for 40 people from this location. They were awesome. Food was ready on time, fresh, delicious... they sent everything needed, including serving utensils, bowls, napkins, and forks. Their chips are the best 👌 Made my event simple to manage. The instructions on needed space was very helpful.

I took my family for dinner this last weekend and Amber was so helpful and she was great with my kids! Great food and amazing service . Way better experience from our last visit at a Qdoba! Glad to have such friendly people working down the street from us at a place we love

Me and a group of my friends came in the other night and everything was so good, The lady that was working amber I think her name was, was very patient and even let us sample the brisket. You could tell she has worked in the food industry for a while and handles all types of people kindly. The lady in front of us was very rude but the lady and other workers were still very nice and kind. It was nice as well they let us sit in the lobby even though it was kind of late and they were cleaning up. We will definitely go back!

Here on Burrito day, the staff is doing absolutely amazing despite being overwhelmed by the sheer number of orders. Super impressed by them!

The staff at this location do it best! They are so efficient and they cater to your needs no matter what it is. Anytime I get Qdoba I always make sure I go to this location! They are the best!

The staff is friendly and helpful always willing to answer any questions. The food is awesome I can count on these guys for a quick filling meal any day.

I came in tonight about 15 minutes to close and someone who also works in the food industry I understand how frustrating that could be, but Hannah and AJ were so delightful and so nice their attitude was so positive. They are great employees.!

Always clean always has what I came to get friendly smiles and a nice greeting. Never disappointed when I leave this restaurant thank you Qdoba Firestone.

I'm not sure if it's just this location or not. But I've been sleeping on Qdoba. The flavor of the meats, the portion and price seem to all be better than what you get with Chipotle.

Love the food and the staff are always happy to help. Great experience.
