Peppers Fireside Grille

We are out of towners in Frederick Colorado for our grandson's H.S. graduation. We ordered a delicious cinnamon roll and divided into bite-sized pieces. I had the Farmer's Omelet and my grandson ordered the burrito. While waiting for our patio table I had a Bloody Mary. Angie makes the best!

We found this place for brunch on a Saturday. I'm so glad we did. We were seated immediately, although the parking lot looked full so I expected a wait. Our waitress Megan was so awesome. Very friendly & liked her vibe from the start. The atmosphere was lively but chill, if that makes sense. I highly recommend the peach bellini. It's not thick like some places. It's just the right amount of peach but they are generous with the champagne too. Loved it! And VERY fairly priced. They have this extreme Bloody Mary I wanna try next time. It's got a slider, a chicken wing & other garnishes. It'd be like a whole meal in itself. I was in a champagne mood today though. I ordered the sweet potato hash which was diced sweet potatoes, spinach, Brussels, 2 eggs, hollandaise sauce & a side of wheat toast. It normally also has sautéed onions in it, but I hate onions, so they left them out. It was so filling. My Hubby got the strawberry stuffed French toast & loved it. Our son got their Cap'N Crunch French toast & devoured it with a smile! For 2 adults & 1 kid (with a cocktail) it was $50. Not bad for the area & quality of the food / establishment. We'll definitely be back. They also have bottomless mimosas! Had to throw that in there because I've had alot of people ask where they do those! This is the place!

Met a good friend here for dinner and a drink. First time here and it was a good time! Staff was great and friendly, food was good and quick, the drinks were made well nice patio with a good view. Will return

Emma was the sweetest and most genuine server I’ve ever had. She was very clear on specials and even gave some recommendations that exceeded expectations. The place is very friendly and inviting, not to mention the food was great! Will definitely be back!

I have been meaning to review this spot for a while now. I recently moved back to the area and have eaten here a dozen times since February and it never disappoints. The Ryan Style Hangover breakfast is my favorite but I also love the pork belly sandwich for lunch. Staff is great and always friendly. This has become the go-to brunch spot for my wife and I as well as our close friends and family. Would highly recommend giving this place a try.

My first time here a couple of weeks ago. Had a very large party for a get-together with some friends. We actually came here after being told by Collision Brewery that they couldn't accommodate our large party without a reservation. No problem. So happy that didn't work out, because Peppers was nothing but accommodating. The food was great, the manager was so kind, and our server was on another level. Quite honestly probably the best service I have ever received. She killed it. This whole place killed it. Thank you so much! You all are incredible.

My son said it was the best burger he had ever had. They nailed to cook at a perfect med rare. Definitely going to go back. I didn't think the salmon was the best I ever had but it was good.

The food, service and environment was amazing! Our server Emma was so sweet, attentive, and was so informative about the specials and so pacient in letting us explore the menu! Definitely request her if you ever come

There is a great patio to eat at. Service has been excellent every time we've visited (especially Orlando!) and the food is great. Try the Brussels sprouts appetizer - it is great. One of my favorite places in the area!

We are so happy to have a dog friendly place nearby. This place was awesome for breakfast and service was great. Orlando was super nice and even brought us water for the pups.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything I didn't like here. The selection on the breakfast menu is so different! I had the "Ryan's style hangover" and my wife had the Chicken and waffles with rum maple syrup and a rosemary country gravy. The only problem I had is that this place isn't closer to where I live. 😎👌

Have yet to have a bad experience here! The employees are very friendly! Brandy has gone above and beyond! Angie is also great! Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Love the Atmosphere!

Hands down the best restaurant in the area - the food was incredible. Best burger I’ve ever had. The service was 10/10 which is super hard to come by these days in Colorado. I can’t imagine finding a single thing to dislike about this place!

Excellent little place to grab lunch or dinner. I had a business lunch here yesterday and got the Monte Christo and it was amazing. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place! We drive for 20-30 mins to come several times a month. My husband and I have had numerous dishes on both the breakfast and lunch and dinner menus and they do not disappoint. The food is great, the staff are always personable and attentive, and the atmosphere is great. We highly recommend this place! They have great burgers, ahi tuna nachos are so delicious, great sandwiches, amazing biscuits, best Bloody Mary (the Mega Mary!) in town, and so many other amazing options. I have had probably 15 different options on the menu and have not disliked a single meal I have ever gotten here. They also have vegetarian options on the menu including a butternut squash ravioli that is to die for! I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is one of our favorite places to eat in Colorado!

Great. Little place to stop in and have a bite to eat. It's not overly fried presentation was beautiful flavor was great.... And the homemade carrot cake was indeed homemade... Good place highly recommend

Great experience! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the amazing view of the Rockies. Definitely recommend the Ahi Nachos with a Moscow Mule! Haley was a great bartender and the GM even came by to ask how we were doing. We will be back.

We had a large group of 30+ people and they took amazing care of us!! Amanda was our server and she had no problem keeping up with our group. Angie the manager was fantastic as well making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back next month!!

Great place to have a meal, nice selection of food no matter what you’re craving they have it. Very patient with children! Great staff and great food. No complaints from my family and I!

This is hands down the best restaurant in town. The food is shockingly good. Excellent prices and service!
