Always a staple to visit on my trips to Springfield. I discovered this Sicilian gem over a year ago and am always welcomed back like a member of the family. 2 weeks ago Pete hosted myself and 28 of my closest friends with a private dinner party. It was not only delicious, but made us all feel like one big happy family. If you live close or are visiting the land of Lincoln be sure to stop in and try one of Pete’s dishes… and get some of his hometown wine! You will not be disappointed! Tell him his NY friend sent you!!!

I love Italian food and as a frequent traveler i have to say this was the best Italian food I have ever had. From the amazing salads to the incredible pastas and chicken dishes everyone was over the mood with their food. Meeting the owner who loves preparing food to the hostess who doubled as a bartender EVERY aspect of this restaurant was incredible. We can’t wait to come back.

Great Staff, Amazing Food! Chef came out and spoke to me and my kids multiple times. He is such a nice guy, all the customers would tell him bye before they left, I thought that was amazing.The food was just so good and delicious, loved the music also.

Pete is awesome. Delicious authentic Italian food. Pasta heaven. They have a family style menu so it is great for large groups!

We had a wonderful time at Di Piero's tonight! We were warmly welcomed and treated like family. We ordered 3 dishes to share: lasagne, manicotti and spaghetti with bolognese and meatballs all Sicilian family recipes and were delicious 😋 Pete was funny, kind and Anna Marie made sure we had everything we needed and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!

The food was amazing! My husband had the lasagna 😋, I had penne pasta with their to die for garlic sauce and added peppered bacon and onion. Not sure we can go anywhere else when we come to Springfield. The house wine was excellent. Service and owner were both so kind. Just go!!!!

Fresh, tasty genuine Italian food in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend. Call ahead for hours as this is a two.couple operation not a chain restaurant.

Great food. Went with the kids, one a picky eater but chef came out and talked to him about what he likes to eat and made a recommendation. It was spot on, loved it, they both cleaned their plates. House wine was delicious. Great family owned place, great food, great service, big portions, you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant delivered one of the most authentic Italian dinnersI have had in a long time. The owner, who is the chef, along with his family run this place. Service and atmosphere were both very pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely the best Italian food in Springfield. There is no contest. It is real authentic Italian food. The restaurant is very nice and clean. Quiet, and welcoming. It's our favorite place to eat. A MUST HAVE if you are in Springfield.

It was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was amazing and the food was some of the best Italian I've had. The whole restaurant was also so inviting and the waitress was very nice, the chef even came out and talked to us multiple times.

Great dinner, drinks, and ambiance. The owner/chef is very friendly. The house red wine was great. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent, as was the service and atmosphere. I had linguini with a spicy (arrabiata) red sauce and Sicilian sausage. Even the salad was noteworthy. Highly recommend this restaurant.
