Storage King USA

I have been very pleased with Storage King USA in Palm Coast. It is a new facility, so very clean and well kept. They have the best prices around, I called several before making my decision. And The customer service is top notch! John, in the office, is easily accessible in person or by phone and willing to go above and beyond to help! I recommend this location for anyone looking for a storage facility!

I have been looking for an indoor storage unit that was closer to my house, and when this brand new facility opened up I jumped at the chance to inquire about it. I was greeted by the manager, John, who was not only personable but incredibly helpful answering my 5 million questions about the units and the insurance options (all while my 2 year old ran amuck). His customer service skills were refreshing as he made me feel at ease with my decision to rent here, and I will absolutely be referring my family and friends to do so as well!

Great experience with John! Very informative and a joy to speak with . Rented unit the same day and it’s been a breeze thus far!
P.s. just a suggestion- extend your gate hours to 10 or 1030 pm instead of 9pm & adding a second entrance/exit would be nice :)

I have patiently awaited the opening of this location for quite some time. Finally a new and clean storage unit closer to home with proper lighting. And just as important was the welcoming that I received from the facility manager John, he was a wonderful addition to it all. John guided me in the right direction and answered any questions I had. What a pleasure.

John was great !!! However the delays corporate made it imposible for him to do his part timely. Websites need to work when you open a new business the website failed many times for at least 6 days or more. Both for me at home and John in store.

Great 4 month deals and John the manager was excellent. Answered all my questions and made it easy to get started. A+++

It's an incredibly clean and immaculate facility and the individuals managing are top tier! Best prices in the area and you definitely get the full bang for your buck!
