I love living here and have lived here for several years. There is a lot of misinformation in the other review on here. It is not just for older people. There are younger people here too, including myself. The maintenance fee is based off of how big your place is. It is actually a fabulous deal when you consider the fact that the maintenance crew do all the outside work, plus it pays for gas and cable/internet We also have a wonderful maintenance crew. There is no smoking, and if you really wanted to smoke you can just walk off the property. The rules here are the same rules you would have just about anywhere, and they are done for everyone's safety.

I wouldn't live there
Way too many rules
For the price. No central air. No in apt washer and dryer allowed. For older people. Big inconvenient. If you're a smoker forget it. You can't even smoke in your own apt. I think the monthly fees are a bit high for what u get.
