Just purchased a GE washer and dryer combo. It was delivered today and it was the most miserable rainy day. Thank goodness it was David and Elvis from Syracuse delivering. It was a bit convoluted getting them into the house but they made it look simple. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. They tested the machines and were out of here. I couldn't have gotten a better installation from anyone. Real professionals. Thank you David and Elves.

Most times they have everything in stock that I need when I need it.Also the kids workshop is a fun way to spend time with the kiddos.My boys enjoy making the projects and feel accomplished afterwards while also learning valuable skills.Only downfall is my wallet takes a hit when I bring my wife as it seems we leave the garden section with one of every variety of plant on earth.

We love Lowe's, always have. There is everything that you need. Today we picked up a freezer, bought an air-conditioning unit, and some other needed & wanted items. I also had three keys made in minutes for under $10. The store is very busy, most of the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowable. But, unfortunately we waited over 45 minutes for our freezer to be brought up front to us. My husband stood in the store and I sat in our hot truck out front of the store.

My husband and I are very grateful for "Mark's" help in finding nuts/bolts among the "millions" that are there. He even discovered a package of what we needed which was hung in the wrong place, thus hidden! Thanks again, Mark!!

Always very helpful staff and great teams. Many employees are close knit together like families! Good vibes and many great finds. Definitely worth checking it out!

Bernie was a really great help and cheerful and funny man that works at Lowe's vestal. If you need anything ask for him.

Clean, well organized, always has what I need! Very beginner friendly for projects and fair prices.

Owen, Paint Department Associate is the Best PERIOD! He always greets me with a smile and he is happy to help! I live about 15 miles away and I go to Lowe's in Binghamton sometimes twice a day. In short, I cannot say enough about how great Owen is in providing customer service.

01/31/2024 My wife Megan and I went to Lowe's in Vestal, NY to pickup various LED bulbs for our home. Mark, Electrical Associate was absolutely amazing, very personable, engaging and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made for an Outstanding customer service experience! Kudos to Mark and his stellar customer service skill set!

I stopped today and was helped by a very nice young man in the garden shop. He spent time looking up what I needed I will go back here again.

As you see in the photos I took, you can almost find anything you're looking for with good prices and the workers are friendly and helpful.

Great service in the paint department and beautiful flowers at the register!

'House' and 'Rich' were great help this afternoon. Everything we needed was on the top of a rack and they didn't hesitate. Two isles closed and seven items. Plus...they helped us open them to ensure the condition of the products. Nice job guys.

Good place for all home improvements. Took a look for new counter tops. Great place to kill time while you wait for your car to be towed after it broke down. I will be back to purchase some new countertops after closing on my new home!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A COUPLE OF PIECES OF WOOD FOR A SHELF I HAVE FOR DRY FOOD STORAGE WITH NO LUCK WITH THE PROPER SIZE WOOD I DID FIND A PLASTIC ENCLOSED SHELF THAT YOU PUT TOGETHER, IT ASSEMBLED EASY AND IS DURABLE

Lowe's is my candy store! I can spend hours wandering the aisles finding stuff I never intended to buy.

I have never had a problem with receiving a Veterans discount.

Such nice and helpful employees. Showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was out in the gardening section I wish I could remember her name.

Was looking for a specific fuse that 2 other local stores didn't have. I was shopping via Instacart and I really didn't find the exact package I needed so I called the store and spoke to ANNETTE in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did she look for the fuse in their inventory for me, but she also went above & beyond and met my shopper in the aisle to show her which one I needed, specifically.
