The staff at this location are very friendly and happy to help! My wife and I went there to purchase a cat vest harness and leash. Our cashier and associate, Nick was very pleasant and he was happy to share his own experience with the product with his own cat which we found this very helpful.

They staff is always there to help. They never make you feel rushed or that they don't have time to help you or answer your questions . I buy pretty much all my fish and fish supplies from here

The Vestal store was the only store within about an hour from where I live that had my dog's food in stock. Customer service over the phone and in person during pick up was great! I saw online the store had the food in stock. I called to confirm before I placed an online order. The gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and answered my questions. The ladies that brought out my order of dog food and cat litter were very nice. They were pleasant to chat with for a moment as they put the items in the trunk of my car. My dog enjoyed going for a walk and exploring new smells before falling asleep during the car ride home. 🐾

They had a great deal in the dog food I usually buy. Friendly customer service.

always very kind staff everytime i go there to get my puppy groomed or her nails cut whichever. or if im only shopping for my puppy always love the staff and their kindliness they always show everytime i go there.

they were so careful caring and conscientious about my morkie and when I came to pick her up they were just fawning and hugging her and she was loving it.

My Morkie adores her new groom, the cut is exactly what I asked for which was great she smells fantastic and it cost $10 less than I was quoted! And she got a treat!

This is one of my favorite places to shop for pets from fish to hamsters. I’ve gotten all of my glow fish here and they are just beautiful. My granddaughter got a bear hamster and it’s her best friend and so friendly. I’ve never been disappointed!!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They even held my dog's leash and walked his hyper butt through the store for me once when I wasn't feeling well. Always a good selection also. They LOVE when you bring your pet in with you.

I really like this pet supply store. Any time you have questions about your pets, there always seems to be an associate that has experience dealing and often keep the same breed. The best way to describe staff at this location is " bubbly ". Great fish sales, Dog grooming, live food. They don't buy, you'll have to go to upper front street if Can No longer care for your pet.

I always buy my cat litter from PetSmart. I am signed up for offers and as I buy items, I accumulate points towards discounts. The workers are always nice too and the store is always clean.

A fun place to bring your dog and let them sniff around.

My adorable chunky long haired Manx cat, Elvis, was clipped and bathed today. The cat lady, "Cat" took great care of him. He looks like a little lion and is super happy and able to move around better. This is the 2nd time I've had it done. He'll be back again.

I recently had purchased a sick hamster from a store 3 hours away. I came back from college and I needed to get him help, so I called this store since it is closest to me. Isaac picked up the phone and was genuinely the nicest person I could have spoken to. I ended up having to call him back about 6 times, and every single time he was very helpful and kind. He was doing his very best to help me with a sick hamster that I did not even buy from his store, and he ended up solving the problem for me and got the hamster help. He couldn’t even help the hamster at his store since it is female only, so he talked to his boss and had them call another store and made sure that they were able to get the hamster the care he needed. Isaac was the nicest person and I am forever grateful for his help.
