This is hands down the very best location of Once Upon a child in the Louisville Southern Indiana area! This store consistently offers genuine friendly customer service. They have a large inventory of high quality children's items and they pay out 💲 for your gently used children's items. I would highly recommend this location. Great job ladies and keep up the great work!

Bought everything i took in and at a great price. I have spent hundreds in this store and everything is always nice and fair priced.

I specifically traveled to this location based on reviews. I live closer to another location, but decided to make the trip in hopes I’d have a better experience than I did at another location. I was delighted. The staff was so friendly. They were very helpful and reviewed the items I brought to sell way faster than I anticipated. I was also very pleased with the amount of money I received in exchange for the items I brought. They actually exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit this location again. I’m very grateful for my experience!

I have so many wonderful things to say about this location! From the smiles, to the amazing quality of clothes you guys to offer, I’m just all around pleased. Every time I enter these ladies go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. There’s never any bad attitude’s and always more than welcome to help me. The management is wonderful, and by far the best little store here in Louisville. I’m definitely rating this a 5 star because these ladies deserve it. Always a great visit when I go, I sell more than I buy. Quality is so important to the employees and they do a top notch job in ensuring the products they sell and buy are just that. " They sold my nephew a pair of Jordan's that retail over 200 dollars for 12 bucks".

My favorite place and ONLY PLACE I shop for my grandkids Service is nice.. quality is great. Weekly shopper. Don't buy new.. not worth it they grow so fast.. this is a perfect way to get quality on a budget.

This place is a hidden gem I found so many designer clothes there for my daughter u can easily find clean fairly new clothes there you also get points for free clothes ask the cashier for the point card you can buy toys strollers high end stuff at below discount price you won’t be disappointed and the staff is always helpful. the best for your money why go to big department stores who have long lines when you can come here and find the same stuff for 80% less if you want instant savings you found the right place this store saves you lots of money and they pay good for your gently used items

This store is the one I go to instead of the one on Taylorsville road. This store may not be as big but had the same selection as all the other stores. My biggest deal is the customer service. This store had the greatest workers, whereas the Taylorsville road store employees are so extremely rude, I just simply will not go there. So seriously people, come out and show this store some love, because you will have a bad experience with the Taylorsville road store, I promise!

The ladies were sweet and helped me back to my car with the items they didn't buy. They buy all seasons and purchased most of what I brought. I love buying seasonal outfits and halloween costumes here because they always look brand new and you can get it for a great price.

Woman who went through my things was very nice. They also did t mind me dropping it all off and coming back which was super nice.She even gave me a call when ready. Plato's closet made me wait with my stuff once and it's not fun.

I always find great stuff in this store! I have always had hit the jackpot as far as getting things new or almost new and at good prices. The staff is always helpful and nice. They also have an option to get alerts for sales and deals. I've gotten brand new Disney movies even Blu Ray for less than $8! They always have new stuff each week. So if you don't find something you love, come back in a week or 2 and I'm sure you will find something your little one will love.

They always have a lot of stuff when I go in there and the staff is friendly and always ask if I need help went today with my 3 kids and spent 54$ they have some good stuff I will return

One one dixie is great and friendly one on Preston they r so mean and rude and bye only from people that look the part not because the things r worth it I went theu the store and they told me that they could buy things but i had to leave them I didnt have no room to take them back they said they would donate or put in the trash then o seen they had it up for sale a few things they did this with to me. Wow how can they do that so wrong

Customer service is an 11/10 at this branch. It's got the same Too-small problem the other stores have, seriously those aisles need to be widened, but it's clean and decently priced. The clearance sales can't be beat!

Every time I go in the workers are super nice and try to buy as much as they can. Be mindful it’s a smaller store.

I like this one. It's small, so it can feel VERY claustrophobic at times, but the selection is awesome and I love the staff. Season items are a little sparse, but that's the gamble one takes shopping here.
