They are very professional and polite. They check you in promptly and address all of your medical problems. They dismiss you in a timely manner and set up additional appointments with professional health providers. Then they set up follow up appointments. I was not happy about going to see Dr Kong today, as it was another one of my providers who insisted I go. So I sort of went in there with an attitude, even though the attitude wasn’t at Dent or anyone, it was toward my other provider.
Anyway after meeting Dr Kong and speaking with him, my mind set totally changed. Where my other provider didn’t listen to a word I had to say except wanted me to go to Dent Weight lose center, Dr Kong actually really listened to me and understood my concerns, giving consideration to my personal situation. After listening to my situation he gave me advice that fit me and not some typical average person. He gave me reasonable choices and recommendations for me, again not just sticking me in a category or box with tons of others.
I was actually really impressed and will be going back in a few months for a follow up. It takes a lot for a Dr to impress me, because I’ve been to so many in my life.
So I definitely would 100% recommend Dr Kong.

I’ve been a patient at Dent for almost 10 years now. I can honestly say I received nothing but the best care there. When we first met Dr. Mechtler he was very thorough leaving no stone unturned. He also was very patient with my family and took the time to care for them mentally as well. That was always appreciated. The atmosphere of caring for the whole patient has extended to his entire team, especially our nurse practitioner, Katy, who we feel is like a member of our family. Dear Dr. Mechtler, NP Katy, all clerical, nurses, imaging specialists, and all support staff, thank you for the good work that you do in so many peoples lives.

I was looking for a doctor that can treat my Migraines. I choose the Perfect place at Dent Neurologic Institute. Dr. Kyle has a Magical talent to inject the needle, you can't tell when he starts doing it when you hear it's Done. Professional environment and Talented Doctors that take an immediate attention of your health. The staff is very attentive and polite.

I love my doctor and NP at the Dent. They were able to stop my migraines and are always there for me. I am very grateful to Dr. Laszlo Mechtler and Kathryn Murphy for their great support and not giving up on me. I have been going to the Dent since 1990 or 1991. I am so grateful.

I had a great experience with Dr.Zang. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what he thought it may be. He administered nerve block in my neck and I finally have some relief from a relentless headache and pressure between my eyes. I truly feel he cares about how I’m feeling. You can see the concern on his face. I believe he will develop a plan of treatment to get me back on my feet and I’m excited to start to feel better.

Short wait time, very friendly staff. Super easy check-in. Nurse's were extremely friendly and answered my questions. It took two different girls to find a vein, but they were both very kind and apologetic. It wasn't even their fault! I have crappy veins...lol

I love the staff! They are caring and still very professional! The appointments are on time and I never feel rushed! Katie does my nerve blocks and I have had very positive results!

I need to come to Dent Amherst twice a month for infusions. I've been doing this for over two years. The staff here is phenomenal. They are caring, professional, qualified and very friendly. They are the best. If you need infusions, this is the place.

Everyone at DENT were very helpful, kind and considerate. Wait time is minable. The doctors and PA are very thorough and do not try to rush you out. I am very satisfied with my treatment there.

I feel so fortunate to have Dr Mechtler at Dent. Aside from the fact he is so funny and calming to be with, I feel he gives me no-nonsense responses -i trust his opinions/ guidance. He doesn’t waste time and makes the visit worthwhile.

Dent Towers is a beautiful easy to navigate building. My visit was to have a consult with Dr. Zhang. I left feeling like I have hope again. He was kind caring but most of all LISTENED to me and my new symptoms and set a new course for treatment with a specialist in my disease. Thank you Dr. Zhang and staff y'all are wonderful..

Our visit went very well. Kelly Ossman and her training NP were AWESOME! They both treated my mom with respect, kindness, and made her feel like a new person. My mom was so happy after!! I coukdnt be any more happy with these two NP's.

Dr. Bates and his staff are professional and sensitive to the patient’s needs. They take you in quickly and spend the time listening to you and work every angle to try and diagnose your condition. Test’s ordered and results were given in depth. Office staff are friendly and professional.
