Food was great. But what stood out was the service! The elderly gentleman who brought our food to the table was smiling, courteous, and jaur an absolute pleasure to speak with.

The store, the tables, the patio and the parking lot were spotless.

Congratulations, Chick-fil-A. A great job and fantastic model.

They always go above and beyond. Anytime there is a mistake, they correct it. Mind you they rarely make mistakes to begin with. Food is always good and warm/hot. Clean and professional

You need to hire people that understand it's fast food and we're trying to get through quickly. It's overrated food especially for the weight that you must endure in the Drive-Thru it's ridiculous. I waited this morning for three full minutes in the Drive-Thru to be told just a moment ma'am and the next person that pulled up in the second row was handled immediately do better Chick-fil-A!

2024-04-20: New building looks great. Still an extremely busy location, however the double drive through moves quickly. Today we ordered inside, but had a significant delay (15 min wait for 2 shakes). A manager noticed us waiting, stepped in to ask, and quickly corrected the situation.
2023-01-08: We have now been here multiple times. This is an extremely busy store. But the staff do a really good job despite the volume. Don't be afraid of the long line.

It is always so clean, and the staff are really friendly. It's hands down my favorite Chick-fil-A location around here.

Absolutely love this Chick-fil-A super wonderful nice greetings every single time I go there and super happy faces and normal people that I see. I love this place and very very clean.

Fast service and great chicken sandwich!

Everything is newly Renovated and they seem to already have themselves ramped up and ready to serve customers. I expected it to be a mess the first couple of days and they have really surprised me.

They are quick but sometimes a dasher you have to wait 5-10 minutes if they are congested

Always a great experience here. Once i pulled up needing help because my toddler puked in the car, and a sweet gentleman brought me SO many napkins and towels and a wet wipe. Great people here.

This evening my child requested a picnic and trip to Dogwood Park. So I placed a mobile order to pick up on our way there. We were greeted by Brad in the drive thru line. He was so genuine and complimented the unique spelling of my name, mentioned that they love mobile orders and thanked me for my order, and told me that he is glad that God me ME! He certainly put a smile on my face and reminded me of how just a few sincere words can make such an impact! Thank you Brad for brightening my day and obeying God's commands!

First of all Chic-fil-A has the friendliest staff anywhere! My spicy chicken sandwich was so tender and juicy and delicious! The young lady taking my order was so patient with me. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she just guided me through the menu. Sorry to the people behind me in the drive thru. I'll be better prepared next time!

There was a time when I didn’t care for Chick-Fil-A. When my wife finally convinced me to give it a try, I found myself hooked.

This place is always busy, and have huge lines.. but their efficiency and quality is what really makes this place great. Any other fast food restaurant with these types of lines.. you would be waiting for 20 minutes. This place, you could be 10-15 cars back, and you would be getting through the line in about 10 minutes and review fresh, hot food. I am impressed with this places service.

Amazing Chick-fil-A. However, the drive through is very long and it is much faster to order inside. Clean restaurant, polite and exceptional employees. This restaurant must have a great manager

I don’t know what it is with Chick-fil-A‘s but they are very conscious and smart with the people they hire. They are always super courteous, they actually look like they want to be there, and there is never a delay. This kind of company and especially the store should be a model for other restaurants to follow.

When I was in the drive through my car broke down. They helped me get it out by having crew members move it out. Then they also gave me and my 2 friends free food. Great customer service!

kaylee E. the sever, was one of the greatest servers that we have had, she made sure everything was okay with us. she definitely deserves a raise because of how hard she works. she’s homeschooled and works very hard. I definitely love her service 10/10 recommend. Love her so much 💗💗

All the staff are friendly, they put up with my jokes :D Food is excellent and very convenient! :D
