Jamal was very helpful, great customer service. I was in there today, and an item rang up incorrectly. He immediately fixed it at the checkout rather than making me go to guest services.

I enjoy shopping at this Target the team members are always very helpful, pleasant, friendly overall this is a great store to shop at.

The store was well stocked in all areas. There wasn't a huge crowd or long lines for a Sunday.

Target is always clean and well stocked. The stores are well designed and the employees are helpful and professional. Unlike some other 'big box' stores, Target always provides a pleasant shopping experience! As a bonus, Target also displays a corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion! Highly recommend.

It's only August, but already my family is planning gifts from Santa. Thank you to the Target staff for providing a wonderful atmosphere to spend a day date with my family. I have never felt more safely distant while socially present, in public, before.

Richard in the pharmacy is a super nice and helpful gentleman. He was very transparent in the way the supply chain is at the moment, and gave me great advice moving forward. Great change of pace compared to dealing with other places. I will definitely be trying to return to this store when I can!

Friendly employees. Easy self checkout with the Target app

This is by far my favorite target, and I do all of the shopping or curbside pick up here if I can. It is usually well stocked (except immediately after Christmas), and I can find things easily. The parking lot is ample and easy to get in and out of from different sides. Staff is always friendly both inside and at your car. Bathrooms are usually cleaner here than other targets as well.

I have never had an issue with this location. I drive 35 minutes from South Carolina just to come here instead of my local Walmart.

Cathy at self checkout went over and beyond for me and my mom to ensure we were maximizing our Circle discounts and coupons that we didn’t even know we had within our Target app. She saved us $80 and I just couldn’t believe that we almost missed out 😂 she is so appreciated. This locations always has the best employees who are always smiling and saying hello. Everyone is doing a great job. Keep up the good work :)

I had a delivery order made for my little one who had a cold and one of the toys I picked showed it was the last one. I was nervous that they either didn’t have the item or that or would be gone. I called and I got an extremely nice and helpful employee on the phone who actually went to the isle and found the toy and held it for my shopper. I am just so appreciative that she went above and beyond and because of that she made my little guys cold that much more bearable. I wish I had gotten her name, but if you read this I hope you let your staff know that what they do makes a difference!

Betty at the service counter is a gem - I called to check on a pick up order for my mom while she’s in the hospital and Betty was so kind, helpful and patient with me. I’m over 2,400 miles away in MT and wishing I could be there right now, but I’m thankful for people like Betty who listen and understand and do their best to make this tough time easier. Thank you, Betty!

Logan and Matthew, the tech supports at Target were great! They were a huge help in setting up my Mom's new cellular one phone, transferred contacts and answered some questions to help us out. The best part is that they were pleasant and efficient. We really appreciate customer service " with a smile."

Amazing service! A woman who I'm sure works there kindly walked up to me and offered to baptize me! She very sweetly led me into the women's restroom and took me into the big stall. She then instructed me to get in the toilet, and I followed. she completed the ceremony, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Tina!

I have been to several stores in general and Target is the only one that is taking the Covid seriously by sanitizing the literally EVERYTHING!! As I stood in line at the self checkout section I watched the workers there sanitize every check out every time someone would use it!! Not only this Target, but every Target I go to does this!! I cannot day how much I appreciate that they are going above and beyond to make sure all their guest are being well protected!! Thank You for all you do for the welfare of your customers everywhere— I also think the employees here are great as well- Thank You All for your hard work

Very nice Target in the Wesley Chapel area. My wife and I recently moved to the area and loved that we are close to this one. We usually go to the Matthews location, but this location in my opinion is a lot better and never as busy as Matthews. This is definitely our go to Target. The newest update definitely feels nicer too. Also the drive up feature is very nice to use. Used it for my first time purchasing a chair for our home and they were very quick to bring it out to the car.

The customer service at the Wesley Chapel Target on Weddington Road is normally amazing, but I have to brag on one employee specifically. Bette was my cashier and was incredible. She went above and beyond and gave me the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any store. She checked each item for possible coupons, and helped me sign up for other rewards. On top of all of that, she was super friendly, caring, and is so very personable.

Selection of things I need and customer service. I love Target. The stores are always clean and bright, the employees are VERY helpful - have only had great experiences. And the products, from housewares, to clothing to greeting cards are top-quality and large selection! I won't shop at any competitors.
