Domino's Pizza

Went in and was immediately greeted by a sweet girl (Shilah). It was only her up front and she made my order very quickly and had a great conversation with her while I waited for the pizza!

This Dominos is in a shady little area, but the pizza is top notch. We order from this location about once a week and we have never been disappointed by the pizza.

The pizza is very good. I like to follow the pizza tracker it's very accurate. The staff is awesome. Always in and out quickly.

When it comes to big chain restaurants it all comes down to the people there.
From the recent reviews and what I experienced tonight, the youngsters here are doing a good job. A gregarious group!
And it showed.

I had to share my first experience at this location! The service was excellent the staff was so nice. The store is soooo clean first thing I noticed! The food was delicious! And I made a compliment to the manager and he gave us cinna sticks on the house! I highly recommend this store! Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This Domino's location always does a very good job of making sure that they have their quality control checked before you get your items. I didn't mind waiting the extra time for the pizza because they had some burnt edges around my Philly cheesesteak pizza. They caught the problem before I even had to see it and made sure to correct it before bringing the order out. I greatly appreciate that, and the staff are always very friendly and courteous. Me and my girlfriend got food tonight. We ordered at about 9:20 online and we got a call saying that it may be over an hour wait, which we were fine with. We waited and eventually got our food and it was very obvious the store was extremely understaffed. The girl that brought our food out to me was working extremely hard and I think she may have been there completely by herself. Even under the obvious extreme workload she was very very polite and our food was fantastic! I was very pleased with everything considering how understaffed they were. Kudos to the young lady running everything doing a fantastic job! (Saturday march 6)

I’m not sure who just delivered my food but he was so quick and personable! I ordered my pizza and wings on the app and it was here in no time. Usually when that happens at a pizza delivery joint the quality of the food seems rushed, but not today. The pizza is amazing and the wings are cooked well. Thank you!

After a few bad experiences and contacting corporate. This location did make the order right by remaking it and sending it out to us. I really appreciate the gentleman who reached out to me to try and fix the problem. The order that was sent out to me looks perfect and is hopefully how future orders will look as well.

I always order delivery and they do an amazing job to complete and deliver my order within a timely manner. I did have an issue with my one pickup (a group sleepover) BUT the manager was very professional and did a wonderful job of fixing my order. The gentleman that placed my order made an honest mistake and how they handled it gets 5 stars in my book. It’s the closest and best pizza in Franklinton.

Upon reading the reviews where people are saying the pizzas aren’t cooked thoroughly or that they are burned, I am compelled to explain that the pizzas are placed into an oven that is fed by a conveyor belt. It has been designed to ensure consistency in product.

Delivery times for any food service will vary significantly based on demand and staffing, and the “30 minutes or less” guarantee has been gone for more than 20 years.

The best tips for a quick delivery I can offer are to have an outdoor light on, describe any common obstacles (I.E. “GPS won’t lead you here, look for the bright blue truck in the driveway”), ANSWER THE PHONE, secure animals that may lunge at the driver, and make sure that house numbers are clearly visible (also helps in case of an emergency for EMS or police).

Going to give this 5 stars because of Christy. We had a bad experience last night at this location. We order from here often and have never really had any issues. Understandably, things happen. While that was not great, the level of customer service provided by Christy was outstanding. She was prompt in handling my concern and getting back to me quickly! I appreciate you very much and we will definitely be ordering from here again!

Always a great experience with this store! My pizza is always hot & hooked up with toppings! Meaning- no topping bald spots because they spread them around really evenly, making every bite awesome. Keep up the good work! ~ B

Had a potentially bad issue .. manager (John) handled it very well and was SO kind. Really great customer service which is usually hard to come by nowadays. He turned a possible bad situation into a great one. It’s really hard to find people who actually care about their job and their customers. Super thankful for the kindness he showed tonight. BEST Dominos we’ve ever been to!

I live less than a mile away and get pizza from here often. It’s always quick and pretty good. The staff is also very nice

Been go here for a while but when I pick up order today , manger had staff very organized and they were work good together. They were very professional and place clean and organized. Keep up great work

Update: They still do a great job but are very understaffed.

They have the best thin crust! And they always get my pizza right, even my custom creations.

Update: Robert is awesome! Don't bother ordering online. Just call in and if he's there you can assure it'll be right!

Don't know why I should even write anything, it appears they have no regards for the customer feedback.

The Philly doesn't have enough meat , mostly bread, pizza was supposed to be thin and crispy but it was tin and soggy, great service and for the service we will be back

We usually order twice a month and it’s always fast and accurate. Delivery drivers are always different but they are courteous and friendly.
