Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Nikhil might have been one of the greatest fast food employees I've ever come across. I've been to many tropical smoothie locations before, and their employees have been mediocre at best, but Nikhil put an end to this trend. I'm a vegetarian, and wanted to explore the menu more, so Nikhil took me through a concise yet informative journey of the menu, giving me recommendations based off of my opinions on the few items I tried. After ordering, my food came out fast, tasty, and I just really appreciated his positive demeanor in the interaction I had with him.

The food, like I previously mentioned, was simply wonderful. The hummus veggie wrap felt like it was produced perfectly, to the point where it was like the best of Chipotle and Cava combined. I also appreciated the free chips, and I really liked the selection. I personally got the baked original lays chips, which might be the greatest chip to exist, although they also had the Miss Vickie's chips which are a close #2.

The atmosphere was also nice, with the restaurant being clean, vibrant, full of great vibes, but I'm giving it 4 stars (would give it like 4.7 but there isn't the option) because of the lack of a drive thru. I can imagine that the store gets crowded during peak hours, especially considering how good the food is.

Jaiden Is fantastic, noticed and offered assistance as soon as I walked in. She fixed my self made error immediately. Great customer service, really top notch!

So far much lunch experience here has been 10 stars, not five. Friendly staff, order is right every time and my smoothies are the best! I'm so glad tropical smoothie is finally in my work area. Also I definitely recommend to download the app If you visit more then twice a week😋

Just came to this location during the evening time and I could not be more pleased! Ethan took my order and was pretty cool and respectful. There was someone else cleaning(seemed to be the manager), but even though she was cleaning she was very attentive and respectful as well. I’m disappointed I couldn’t catch her name but I hope both her and Ethan see this. There mannerisms were top level! Thanks for being here guys, I appreciate you guys a lot!‼ -Luis

This is the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to. I travel a good amount, and will try my usual smoothies at other tropical smoothies. Never as good. This place also makes the All-American wrap sometimes (seems like the weekends) with a chunk of bacon bits inside, so good.

The staff are super friendly and great at making smoothies/food. Very well run, clean, and accommodating establishment.

This location excels when it comes to customer service which can’t be said for many of the locations. Saint Augustine Beach location is run deplorably. They definitely value profit over customer service. Shout out to Carmen Mendez and her staff at the Bartram Park location for going above and beyond. Other locations need to take a lesson from Ms. Mendez in teaching their employees how to treat customers valuably.

This location is farther from me than the one at Durbin, and we choose this location everytime! Jaiden is always working and gives very good customer service. The rest of the team is also very nice and helpful.

I got a smoothie from here a few weeks ago, the service was great and the employee taking my order was very sweet— she said her name was Emilia. I usually don’t come to this location because it’s not particularly close to my area, but I’ll definitely be visiting again

This is the best Tropical Smoothie in Jax! I visit this place at least a few times a month since I work in the area. Friendly staff, the owner/manager of the store is nice also and makes sure everything is running smoothly. And of course the smoothies are always GREAT! You have to visit this location.

Surprisingly really good. We had never gone before but accepted an invitation with some friends after a triathlon. Even my husband enjoyed it.

I have no complaints! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the smoothies and sandwiches are always great! I never have a bad experience walking into this specific Tropical Smoothie

These guys (Keira,Tyler,Jaiden) are the most helpful and polite people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I'm an idiot when it comes to Google pay and they were more than understanding and accommodating.Thanks again you guys!

Their smoothies are always the best and the people are always nice.

The wait was a little long. But the food was good and the service was friendly. I got the hell chicken salad. They're definitely afraid of the spice, of which I'm a total fan.

Best tropical smoothie I've been to in Jacksonville. The chicken salad is amazing!
