Amber at the beauty corner of the store is fantastic. She asked if I needed help, let me know that they had a sale and gave me a flyer with a coupon~ when the sale wasn't going through on the sale initially, she asked for help from Jennifer? Also nice as well.
I left happy and will definitely visit more often!

I got a really nice and cute shirt in there for only $25. Once I found where the checkout counter is now in the back, it was quick and easy. They had 3 or 4 people at checkout to keep lines moving quickly. I would want to shop here again.

I had a death in my family, needed to leave town, and desperately needed a perm. My stylist from another JCPenney’s was on vacation. I called the Avenues and Jazz was recommended.

She made a lasting impression at my first visit. After I requested a style she listened to my concerns, looked at the condition of my hair, and made some suggestions.Jazz knew my stylist was on vacation and understood that would be my only visit with her. Inspite of that, she continued to educate me about how to hold the style she created and how to keep my hair healthy in the future. It is now 3-4 years later.

Jazz is a great stylist, not because my hair looks cute the day I leave the appointment but because I trust her. I trust her for these reasons:
-I don’t have to keep one eye open when she’s doing my hair 😉. Nor, do I need to look in mirror before leaving the salon.

-She doesn’t recommend products just to make a sell. She recommends products that she’s using either for the style she is creating or for the health of my hair. Make no mistake, I do have my fair share of JCPenney’s products that I’ve been using for years.

-If I ask for a new style or color she will create that style or say, “ I can create that style but here’s what will happen.” Sometimes a style can be prolonged due to the condition of my hair of which I appreciate.

-She let’s me know if my treatment at home is damaging my hair because she cares.💕

-Lastly, I trusted her to help me transition from a perm to natural. I’ve tried countless times to go natural and failed returning to a perm. When I mentioned it to Jazz she said, “if that’s what you want let’s do it.” And we did. She cut off all of my hair leaving enough to make a tiny curl. Thinking back it makes me tearful 😢 because I couldn’t have done it without her. For anyone looking for a great stylist that won’t disappoint I recommend Jazz.

I was looking for a nice watch,and fell in Love with an Invicta that was the last of its kind on display. There was only one person available due to it being lunch time,and the other Jewelist just leaving to get hers.
I was fortunate to get Cecile M to help me! She was a joy to converse with,and went WAY out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase! She removed several segments on the watchband which took some work by the way;and was very patient with me and my questions! 5 Star Service! Thankyou Cecile,the watch fits Great,and I love it! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I've got to share my thoughts on JCPenney – their selection is seriously fantastic. I love how they have something for everyone, and the discounts? Absolutely amazing. It's my top spot for scoring quality stuff without breaking the bank.

There is never dull moment whenever I’m in hairstylist’s chair but I appreciate the miracle she does with my hair! Easy to get in and out. Able to get in from the mall side and from the parking lot.

JC Penney has amazing sale prices going on right now! The store was clean and organized. Dressing rooms were clean and there wasn't a long line for checkout.

Tom was my salesman in curtains and he was excellent it usually a night mare when he's off. He is a gem to the company and me and my friends and family will shop only when he's working thanks Tom

Loved the service but not getting a full refund wasn't welcome. I understand why it is that way however it was un expected as a full refund was the norm before the change of policy.

JCPennys at the Avenues is so well organized everything in each Dept. is neat clean and easy to find what you are looking for I’m so happy to have a Great place near home

Went in to men's dept and asked for help finding some slacks and the sales person stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. Not only did I find some slacks to buy, but also six shirts to go with the slacks that I purchased . Because of his customer service skills, I was out walking to my car in not time.

The hair salon performed a miracle with my hair that day. I walked in with an unkept bun and walked out feeling and looking like a million dollar me! Teri at the Avenues Mall, she's friggin talented! Thanks for the amazing transformation!! ❤
