Great customer service. Even though the line was long, the customer service team seemed to keep a smile on their face and were very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable about the store. I did a return here from SHEIN and it was super easy. Also I got a same day 20%off coupon.

Forever 21 is usually clean and organized and you can see that if you walk in from upstairs where all the newer styles are but downstairs is another story. Due to the sale, there are clothes everywhere and unorganized. It's chaotic to look at but it's affordable stuff that's not in style anymore? I typically don't shop here because I can't afford to justify the usual price. The lines are long sometimes but the wait isn't. The cashiers are nice and I've never experienced a bad moment with them. It's easy to navigate the store and find what you're looking for, accessories or clothes.

Mostly young people and really fun clothing,really enjoyed the up-beat clothing & accessories.Looking forward to going back soon.

I went shopping for a vacation I have this week & was impressed by the selection. Almost half the first floor is clearance or sale, they had a nice plus sized section too. I was asked if I needed any help by Faith then she helped me pick some cool pieces. Shoutout to faith for the great customer service!

There are two levels you can shop on by using either their elevator or escalator. This location is very big, beautiful and also clean! They carry Clothing for men, women and children of all ages! The store is accessible directly from the outside of the Avenues Mall and also from the inside of the Mall itself. The store is very spacious and it definitively carries, a really huge selection of ecomically priced new clothing! As well, half of the lower levels floor of this store, holds the clearance priced clothing. I GOT 7 ITEMS FOR 30.00 TOTAL in March of 2023.

There's a lot of sweaters to choose from right now. Good deals for black Friday, mostly thirty percent off but still worth it. I'm in love with the soft purple sweater I got! The lines were super long as per holiday shifts go but they move quick

I love F21 so much. It’s literally my favorite store but I always end up spending so much money in there! But love their fashion, shoes, jewelry, everything!

My wife and mother love this location. I'm not sure why but it seems that is one of the cheapest forever 21 stores in the country. The first floor is full of bargains. The only negative aspect for us (husband's) is that there is no place to seat while you watch your wife or mother shop. Please Forever 21 do something for us :(

Love Love Love this location!! It's the biggest store the company has worldwide. Two floors of the latest and greatest fashions. They've also released a new $10 and Under Collection which is amazing for my pockets! I've tried shopping other places and no one can beat the prices and the cute styles. They've just gone through a major remodeling of the store and it looks 10x better than before. Updated lighting, paint, marketing, and mannequins. Good move on corporate!

I want to give the team at Forever 21 more than 5 stars because from the moment I am greeted at the entrance of their store, every single person waas incredibly helpful and full of smiles!
These days because we all have to wear a mask, it is hard to know who is smiling and who isn't! Kudos to the folks training the personnel here because not only is there a fun choice of clothing for all ages but the happy service makes it even more fun to shop.

It was okay though. I didn't actually see a lot of things to buy because everything was gone lol. The store was so empty I picked up few things and some accessories which were on Sale for a good price. This was my first time going to any forever 21 store and it wasn't that bad but they didn't have much things and I loved it 🥰✌

it is very nice and clean super big and spacious one of the biggest forever 21 stores I have ever been in.. i was visiting Jacksonville from New York City had to pick up a few things for my daughter the staff was very helpful and help me find exactly what I needed. the store does not smell like anything what the two girls below me wrote maybe their ex employees or something who knows lol.

Such a great store to visit if your in the area. This Forever 21 blows away any other that I have ever been into. You could put about 2 dozen of the Genesee Valley Forever 21 Stores in this one store which has awesome sales and an upstairs to it!

I was utterly impressed I'm giving a ride through a ride-sharing app to employee Damien. I was overly impressed by his maturity Beyond his years and he says he is applying for management position and I'm sure he'll get it.

Wife loves the store great quality clothes at cheap prices the entire downstairs is basically a giant clearance Store. Men's choice is kind of small but still great prices and great styles to choose from.
