Family Hearing

Both my wife and I went in for our quarterly checkup this morning. What a difference the appointment made because I had so much wax buildup since my last appointment. The service at Family Hearing is great. They are always happy to be sure that your hearing aides are performing as they should and that your hearing is exactly what it should be.

I’m super pleased with my experience today! I thought my hearing was getting worse, but they discovered there was a problem with one of my hearing aids, which they fixed for free! They were on time, very professional, knew what they were doing as well as being very personable. I highly recommend Family Hearing.

Paige at Family Hearing is always diligent to address all of your hearing concerns and very willing to work toward the best options and solutions to make your hearing as good as possible.

The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Paige did a fantastic job helping me with my musicians earplugs, getting them to fit perfectly. She also helped me with my in ear monitors. I will only be going here from now on.

Dr. Andrade is a wonderful and caring practitioner. She worked diligently to ensure my hearing aids were programmed correctly for my specific needs. She offered a loaner pair of aids for me to use after I had lost one of my own, and while we were considering options. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my needs were met!!!

Family Hearing provided excellent services through our Lafayette Senior Center delivered by Ms. Paige Andrade. She clearly described how I should proceed in order to deal with my wax buildup problems and recommended a provider for annual services. She also installed new, superior fittings that make the hearing aids work MUCH BETTER. Everything was just GREAT!!!

Very simple today…my hearing aid was 100% dead. The Lafayette staff within minutes had it fixed, reprogrammed, and back on line… it was still under warranty so this was all at no cost to me. 😳😀

I put my faith & trust in Jamie and her experiences and decisions to help me hear better. I've had hearing issues for so long and have worn many hearing aids. Not being able to hear properly is very frustrating and I know she has the right solution for me.

Dr. Walters performed an in depth hearing evaluation and very patiently answered all my questions. It was easy to make my decision to go forward with hearing aids although I had been skeptical when making my appointment. Friendly reception and office environment.

I went for a routine hearing check and the very friendly hearing specialist found and removed a lot of wax. She informed me of the steps I could take and offered other services in case I needed them. My hearing had cleared up in less than 20 minutes, making me and my wife very happy. I definitely recommend them!

Every aspect of their service is exemplary. When you enter you are aware that everything is not only clean, but covid-clean. Friendliness and efficiency are evident and you are never confronted by a crowd of strangers. Chelsea obviously both knows and enjoys what she does. Her office is neat and her sincerity in helping others is evident. She patiently listened and explained everything. Scheduling follow-up visits was easy and Angela made sure that there were no misunderstandings. However, in my own case, a personal issue prevented me from continuing with my purchase. While I felt terrible in starting the return process, Chelsea assured me that "it happens" and there was so much that she could look forward to offering me in the future. It's always the "tough situation" that proves the worth of a business or a person, and the return process proved that Family Hearing is a good place to trust with your well being.
