I happen to visit during 50% discount day every Tuesday! Seniors are 55 and over. Be careful though, not every tag color is discounted. I found the glass wear I was looking for at 1/2 the cost!

Well organized and stocked with what appear to be local items not just whatever. Clothing is usually organized by color (ala goodwill) which is a huge bonus. Prices are higher on some items due to the area.

Very good selection and some nice quality if you’re willing to dig, good for colorful clothing too.

I’m sure people have validly bad experiences at different places all across the globe, but I don’t know how you can get a better thrift store. Massive, tons of selection, amazing prices- especially on Saturdays- friendly service. I do feel like there should be a different standard for a thrift store than say, Coach, so for a thrift store, I don’t know how you can get better. Did I already say that?
Part of me wants to leave a 1 star review and talk $#!+ so y’all don’t come and ruin my spree- so yeah, just don’t shop here. It sucks

This is hands down the best thrift store ever. I have been shopping with this organization since I was a kid at one of the first locations in Ventura, CA. When I moved here a few years ago I was pleased to find this one in Louisville. Not only are the selections amazing and the 50% of colored tags are a steal but the kind souls they employ are so fun and friendly. Thank you for making my shopping experience worthwhile

I love stopping in on Saturdays when most tags are 50% off, and I’ve found some amazing deals! Also, a lot of people complain about pricing but if you bring an item up and ask about prices most of the time they will negotiate it down. You have to remember this is a business and they use their profits to support individuals with developmental disabilities. For that reason alone it’s worth shopping here!

So I just had to write a review on how awesome Josh was. My friend and I had a car load of stuff to donate. Josh greated us with a smile and a great attitude. He handled everything in a timely manner and just made the whole process a breeze. Thanks Josh for all your help! Keep up the hard work. And thank you arc for making a difference in the world by donating to the people who need it.

Great finds and great pricing! Went in for milk glass and a decanter, found both at an amazing price! They have a great selection of home goods. Also found an almost new mercury glass Anthro candle at half off so it saved me about $15 off from the original store price. We came on a Sunday and they had one color for half off but apparently there are 4 colors half off on Saturday so we will definitely return!

Arc saved the day today. I originally went to the Goodwill in Lafayette to drop off a ton of things in amazing condition for donation. I was having trouble unloading some things out of the bed of my truck due to my height, and the gentleman working refused to help. He said he had cars waiting and was extremely rude. I ended up driving a few minutes to Arc and was greeted by a very nice employee. He immediately came over to help get everything. Another gentleman assisted him and immediately came over and helped get the things out of my truck for me. It took them 2 minutes max to unload everything. Please take your donations here instead of Goodwill.

Best prices I can find and fantastic deals on rare and old electronics. Also a fantastic place to buy stuff for your kitchen

Large, clean, thrift store with a wide range of products for sale. Things are well organized here. Colorado owned and operated non-profit store that benefits Coloradans with intellectual/developmental disabilities. I feel good supporting this organization.

Reasonable prices, frequently cool finds, generally a good atmosphere. Half off sales most every Saturday, but they're paaaacked and full of loud children, so it can be challenging if you're looking for a leisurely afternoon of thrifting. That's hardly their fault though.

The staff here is working sooo hard to keep this store organized. They all deserve raises or something. The 3 ladies working tonight were busting it to make the shopping experience as simple and tidy as possible and def deserve acknowledgement.

A couple weeks ago, I threw out my entire spring, summer and fall wardrobe, and hit up arc and birds of prey; then found underground, then nordstroms rack and macys; and finally, zappos.com. Between all those places, I was able to get a brand new spring, summer and fall wardrobe for $700. If you are wanting a brand new wardrobe, and are on a budget, I highly recommend you start at thrift stores (like arc in louisville and birds of prey), and then move onto consignment stores. I was able to get a BUNCH of great skirts at this arc for real cheap. One skirt in particular I loved, yet it had a stain. I bought it anyway, and for $2.50, continental cleaners (also in louisville) got out the stain. SO, if you find an item that you love, but it has a stain, DONT WORRY, continental cleaners in louisville most likely can remove the stain for $2.50. Have fun!!

Love this store.... great location and very friendly and helpful staff.... especially Barbara....I never leave without getting great deals. Where else can you go and find so many name brands and antiques under one roof???? Would highly recommend.

Easily one of the best places to find white elephant gifts, knick knacks, used shoes and getaway clothes. They're never in short supply of Hawaiian shirts and books. They keep the good stuff in the back to sell on their eBay accounts so find out what their store number is and happy hunting.

Well organized and clean. Found brands like Prana, REI, Nike, Adidas, etc.. fair prices and a good selection of clothing for everyone

Higher prices that goodwill or Salvation Army, but I’ve found some really nice name brand items here. Also, it’s organized so well.

Compared to other thrift stores including other arc stores this place is great. Clean, organized, good selection. And I simply want to support their cause.
