Rocky Mountain Tap & Garden

We dropped in for lunch because we were in the area. The seating was a bit confusing. We just sat ourselves, didn't know if we were supposed to order to their app or wait for waitstaff. Their app has more options than their menu, but they accept both. We got chips and cheese, a slider with 6 wings and fries, and a classic burger with parmesan fries. The fries were super crispy. Both burgers were cooked to perfection. Wings were robust and flavorful. The only bad thing is we ordered soft drinks but never got a refill, so we drank water. There were only two waiters, one was all over the place, inside and outdoors patio. They have a wall of beers on tap and lots of board games to keep everyone engaged. This is definitely a hot spot to hang out on the weekends or for parties. The outdoor patio is big.

Went to RMTG with two other families and their kids. We all had a great time and liked the food, alcohol and atmosphere. We started with appetizers at about 3:30 PM, then later had dinner. We were there for four to five hours and all said that we would come back. Prices were good especially when considering total time and an outdoor garden with an open area for kids to play.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and the concept is well thought out. The ability to pour your own beer out of their carefully curated selection is awesome. They always have a good mix of stuff on tap, and it rotates enough so that by the next time you’re in, if you didn’t like something you can absolutely find something new.

The queso is excellent, the burgers sublime, and don’t miss out on the frosé or one of the crafted cocktails. Trivia is fun and lively as well. The best I’ve found since the days of Boulder Beer. Unlimited wings on Wednesdays is also great. Location? Also great. Parking is easy and plentiful.

Absolutely delicious food, everything my group had was very good and came out quickly. My chicken sandwich was absolutely incredible, however it could’ve benefited from a little more spice, for a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it had barely any spice, perhaps I was given a mild version instead, delicious nonetheless. They have excellent gluten free options as well. Service is excellent and it has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend

Been here a couple of times now, and we love it! The first time was before I was 21, the food was delicious. I got a Mac & cheese with truffle added and a gem Cesar salad. My fiancé got a Donna’s Tuna Salad and he loved it! The second time we came in I was finally 21! I got to try the lovely array of beers on tap as well as a LOVELY wine selection. I do wish the cocktails had more of a selection but it’s a BEER place so you cannot complain. Our servers each time were so friendly and nice. This time, my server gave me the wine on the house for my belated birthday and that was really thoughtful of her. We got the salt and vinegar fries and a big soft pretzel with our drinks.

Suggestions: for the Gem Cesar, I think it would be more user friendly to eat if it was cut up, even though it is beautiful.
Recommendations: the chocolate raspberry beer! Oh my gosh, a must try.

It's a very nice restaurant, unlike any others I've been to, honestly. Very good food, good drinks, amazing atmosphere, and great service. Britanny was an amazing bartender/waitress and made us feel welcome immediately. I have absolutely no complaints about this awesome establishment.

This has quickly become one of our favorite local spots. We’ve hosted adult private parties here and joined other families out in the beer garden for many of their festive holiday celebrations. The bounce houses, fire trucks, and yard games are a huge hit. Paul (owner) and Brit are incredibly supportive of and in tune with the local community. I’d argue they have the best menu in downtown Louisville too. The sandwiches, apps, and salads are fabulous.

We just stopped in for a beer on a Saturday afternoon and it was very nice. Atmosphere.tv was on one of the TV's and is always interesting to watch in the background. Good music. Nice people.

I really liked this place. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I liked the open tap system that uses a card that you touch next to a tap and then it charges you for how much you take. It was really easy to try several things without having to order a full glass. The menu had nice choices and everything was delicious.

Google Maps has the satellite view that is out of date (Bing Maps has the building in the correct location). There is now one building now is parallel to the road and Rocky Mountain Tap and Garden is at the north end of the building.

It offers exceptional service, a great selection of rotating self serve beers and fantastic food. The queso and churros are some of their best offerings.

Good place for a beer and a bite or for some trivia fun on Tuesdays.

The Optimus fries were great! They stayed crispy all the way until the end and it's a pretty big portion so we were pretty impressed. The brussel sprouts were also really delicious, I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese but man the way it pairs with the pickled onion and lemon was something else, and the sauce they serve with makes it a perfect combo. I will definitely be ordering the Brussels again. I found my new fav drink being the blueberry lavender cooler, oh. My. Gosh that was so dang good, I was gonna just try new drinks. It got that twice instead lol. My friend got the blackberry Margarita, no salt, and they went a little heavy on the sours but it was decent. Then we ordered some Sammie's to go, I got the Nashville chicken and my friend got the pulled pork. The Nashville chicken was even better than I thought, nice crispy chicken with just a touch of heat at the back end. Not overbearing and not smothered in some sauce making the chicken soggy. Had those delicious pickled onions it and the brioche bun was very soft but not falling apart, that sandwich was scrump-didilly. I'll report back when I get an update on the pulled pork sammie. So happy I wanted to try this place. It looked like it was going to be packed when we pulled up but when we got up there it was still pretty calm and open with a lot of open tables. The only thing either of us complained about was we sat at a table and then noticed it was pretty dirty, picked another and it was really sticky. There wasn't really a way to tell which tables had been cleaned you just picked and hoped for the best. However our server had perfect timing all night and was very sweet, can't ask for more than that especially when they have an option to just order through the app to your table. She was on it. They got a table of 20 for bingo so she got a little swamped at the end and my second drink took like 20 min but she mustve looked like she was gonna bring hell on someone because she went back and within a minute I had my drink brought by a waiter. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning.

Came here again with a friend (I've been here twice now), and am still impressed! I think the "Pour My Beer" system is pretty slick. Although, I'm definitely no expert on pouring haha! Yesterday, I tried their pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely delectable. So much that, I enjoyed the whole thing! I also tried their prickly pear margarita and that was pretty good too! It was a little heavy on the sugar rim and blue flavoring, but still refreshing. My friend ordered The G.O.A.T Salad and she said it was delicious! We also split the T&G Buttered Pretzel (2nd time I've had it lol). And so far, has been my favorite appetizer on their menu. The pretzel is so soft and feels like you're eating a buttery cloud of goodness! It's like nothing I've ever tried before, anywhere. No wonder it's award winning!

Highly recommended! Great selection of IPAs, some ciders and wines are also available. The meat (Colorado bison) was really good. We came on Saturday evening, the food was served pretty fast. Clean, cozy place, the staff is very friendly.

Stopped in to see a friend and had such a great experience, I’ll be back! The ease of the self-serve tap system to try various beers and the selection was on point. They had bottomless wings on Thursday but wanted to try the Nashville Chicken and it was so good! Got it hot and added the spicy aioli with extra pickles, definitely recommend. Can’t wait to be back when it’s nicer out and take advantage of the huge “patio” area out front. It’s like a massive backyard!

Excellent concept and great location. Big selection of local beers. More variety on the way according to the bar manager, Tim. Large menu with lots of variety from flatbreads to steak. Bison burger was outstanding as was the fish and chips. Staff knowledgeable and attentive (not the normal Colorado pretentiousness or affect). Good place for friends get together or to watch the game on one of the many TVs. Must be willing to learn to pour a good pint from a tap. Not just beers. Kombucha (for those that care) plus wine, cocktails, and cider.

Great place to have dinner, drinks and laugh with the girls! The pulled pork and the pretzel were as amazing as the service by the owners themselves!

Wow, this place was awesome! Perfect location with a great atmosphere: open, clean, spacious, modern. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. And the drinks! So fun with the tap card - they had something for everyone (beer, seltzer, kombucha, cider, you name it) and you were able to sample it all. Definitely coming back!

This place is super cool. Not only is the artisan cheese sauce some of the best I have ever had but the menu is delicious, the drinks are fun and tasty and the atmosphere is fantastic! Can't wait to go back.

Hands down, the best fries I've ever had, and the truffle Parm topping for an extra $2 was worth it. We had it with the pork sliders on their Happy Hour special, everything we ordered was so delicious!
