Friendly atmosphere. Jake (owner) is incredibly knowledgeable with 30+ years of installing the products he's now offering. Easy to browse, wide open showroom makes finding the right flooring a cinch. All warranties applied as Jake works with the big names I was looking for (Shaw/Mohawk). I'll never get flooring anywhere else, 38 stars if I could.

Jake with BC Flooring Outlet was fantastic to work with. I needed to pick an LVT for my kitchenette and bathroom that was in stock and could be installed quickly. He made the process so easy for me! I was surprised at the selection too. He was also able to coordinate installation for me with Village Custom Interiors. The installers, Scott and Anthony, were kind, courteous and explained the process to me very clearly. I love the finished product!
