I am a restaurant GM and i have to say that this store has the BEST customer service in the AM. I don’t know what kind of training programs you have, but BRAVO! Julie is the absolute best! What a great employee you have, amongst the rest of them on 5/3/24. Thanks for a great experience. 🙂

We went through the drive through on a weekday, I believe it was around 5:30 pm. Anywho, this Chick-fil-A wasn’t overly busy. We had probably 10-12 cars in front of us, in the drive through. We had a Team Member walk up to our window to take our order. The Team Member was very polite and we had no issues with ordering. It seemed like less than a 10 minute wait until we received our food. We’ll be back!

First time at a Chick-fil-A and it was a good experience! Got a shake and 4pc tender meal. Everything was very good but Expensive! $16 and change so we won't be frequenting here often.
Service was exceptional! Very polite! That is worth 10 🌟!

There is nothing to add that hasn't already been said about the service and quality at chick-fil-A. Of all the fast food places their line moves the fastest and the orders are always correct.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a Chik Fil A, the person taking my order went beyond the usual admittedly "robotic service" that a lot of C.F.A. employees seem to exude, showing patience and kindness throughout it. I also thoroughly enjoyed the club sandwich I got as it was cooked to perfection in a way only Chik Fil A can manage consistently.

Our first time to chick-fil-a and we lucked out with our order taker - thank you Isabel for helping us on our first order. The spicy chicken club was awesome!

Chick-fil-A has yet to disappoint me, and this location is no exception to their excellent standard of service, food quality, and atmosphere. Here you can find indoor and outdoor seating, fast and polite service, tasty chicken, play areas for kids, children's books, tasteful decorations, and an automatic no touch wastebin. I highly recommend eating here, alone, on a date, or with family or friends.

Josh took our order and was amazing. Great communication and listening skills. Julian stopped by our table as we ate… I was not expecting a free refill as we stayed seated, but he was really nice and courteous also. Great service and good food.

This place is always great but I had to leave another review because the shift working at night January 20th is absolutely immaculate. I'm very sorry I showed up so late with a big order. They handled it incredibly well though, and were very kind and so I needed to let everyone know this CFA stands above the rest.

Took a friend who has never tried Chick-fil-A. They were impressed and will definitely go back.

Fast friendly service, we spilled our fries before pulling away from the window and they replaced them without issue. Always choose this chick fil a when in town.

Chic-fil-A’s service is excellent (of course) but this location goes above and beyond. I have ordered catering through this location several times throughout the last few weeks and they continue to surprise me with how friendly and consistent they are. I’ve never had catering that was so easy and helpful. What other restaurant delivers, sets up, and brings a goody bag? Spot on. Every time.

We ordered on thr mobile app and got every item made fresh and made to order! Always a good experience when we choose Chick-fil-A

It shows when a company treat their employees right. Fresh hot food, good attitudes, very pleasant etc.

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was very satisfactory. I went in with a group of 5 people - as we entered the establishment we were met by a young employee named Javier. Javier was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful in providing us with a satisfactory and delicious meal here at Chick-fil-A. He grabbed us extra sauce, napkins, refreshed our beverages and disposed of our trash when we were finished. I also want to mention the employee Zander who took my order - Zander was very efficient. There was one moment that stood out to me where Javier stopped taking out the trash to cater towards our needs as customers, and was immediately chastised by a manager named Danielle. I appreciated Javier's decision to put customers first, but apparently Danielle did not. Javier ended up leaving our table to continue taking out the trash, but came back around afterwards and apologized for the inconvenience.
Upon exiting the restaurant, Javier pulled a maneuver where he stretched his arms at maximum length to hold both doors of the vestibule open for us to our convenience - this was a gesture I've never seen before, and i didn’t know it was physically possible until he did it. I seriously hope Javier gets a promotion or raise; he is more than deserving of one. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this Chick-fil-A - I've never had better service at a restaurant than here. I am rating this restaurant 5 stars strictly because of my experience with Javier. I will be returning soon.

Love this place! Excellent service and the play area is always clean for kids! Perfect play area for toddlers

This location is usually pretty busy but the food is yummy and the service is excellent and very friendly. We love Chick-fil-A! I highly recommend anything on the menu and everyone loves waffle fries! Our favorites are the chicken salad sandwiches, the chicken sandwiches (including the breakfast one) and the spicy chicken sandwich! Chicken tenders are awesome also!

They know how to do it! Amazing staff training. Wish all restaurants and retailers was this well trained.

I got the grilled chicken and my husband got the spicy chicken with cheese and we all got waffle fries and my daughter got the club sandwich ..its fast and delicious

Super service at this location. You can not beat this restaurant in the fast food arena.
