Wendy's

This location is - On Point!! I regularly get the Breakfast Baconator **w/out cheese sauce! This is the ONLY location, out of 2 near me, that can get my sandwich correct Every Time!!!
(Other location gives me tips on what to do next time they get it wrong. Next Time??)
And the cherry today was the bacon was Soooo good, cooked PERFECTLY!! & the guy running the window (this morning & Most mornings) is Always so Nice & Friendly with a big smile!! Thanks y'all!! MmmmmMmmmMmmmmmm!!

I really just had the best Dave Double Cheese Burger, HOT and juicy

This restaurant was excellent. We were in Michigan and did the drive thru thing. I gave the young man a big order and it was down to the T.....plus my burger was fresh and delicious. Thank you. We were somewhere in the outskirts of Grand Rapids.

I put in a mobile order. App said to pull through the drive thru. When I went to drive thru, they said they do not see my order. I went in, and no one at the register. Two young boys were talking in the back, and another worker was talking to a customer at the table. Did not know the lady was a worker. My husband yelled to the boys in the back and they did not respond. About 2 mins later, my husband yelled "anyone here," then the worker talking to the customer came running to help us. She apologized and said she thought someone was helping us. I explained to her what happened in drive thru and she ask my name. She said my name showed up for her. She prepared our order. She apologized again. The food was good. I would not let this experience effect my visit

I was having a bad day the day I went to Wendy's at this location. The moment I started to order, the person taking my order had me cracking up. Which I found out at the window, was the manager! He had me cracking up as I left. He made my day, literally.

Virginia is awesome, friendly, fast and just a sweet person.

This location was understaffed and crazy busy, but Iesha served me with patience. The way she spoke even with not enough workers, this woman deserves a raise or a promotion because I can only imagine the stress with having two people trying to run a whole store with a line full of people. This woman made my night! Thank you again Iesha!

Decent place to get some decent food!

Every time i go its always good they never fir get any thing i get they are number 1 fast food that are fast and friendly and you get everything you order i like them!!!

This is the best fast food place around! The staff is always super on top of everything and very very friendly and helpful!! Although I don't like to eat fast food options, we drive out of our way to go to the store just because of how great the staff is. The food is always hot.

I was there yesterday 4/23/21. Service was as expected as usual: fast, fresh, affordable, and complete with no errors!

The guy at the drive-thru is always awesome! I wanted to complete my survey but my receipt didn't print properly (missing a lot of wording).

I haven't been to Wendy's in several years but this place was updated with new brightly lit menu screens and the dining section looked nicely remodeled. New technology every where like the fountain drink stations. Staff was polite and friendly, not what I remember from visiting fast food places in the past.

Oh by far the best Wendy's around. As soon as this one was put in I tried it and ill go out of my way for it if I'm in the mood for Wendy's. The fries are always the freshest here. Don't know how they nail it, but they do. Food is always fresh and always prompt. Its about as close to the picture they display as you'll get from any fast food place.

I was only there for a job interview, so I didn't eat but it looked clean inside and what I saw of their employees, they looked well dressed and neat.

Nice Wendy's! Somewhat recently remodeled. Kind of odd that the side of the restaurant faces the road but not a big deal. The dining room is large. They have the pop machines that have everything which is a huge bonus. Food was good and came out quickly. It was a good dining experience.

One of the best Wendy's to go and eat especially if you have specific requests on your order. The wait during the dinner rush is a long one, However the food is always made fresh and the prices are amazing for the food quality.

They were patient while we placed our difficult order, and it came out perfectly. Also, the crew were smiling and super friendly. Haven't had a bad experience here. Keep up the great work!!

I get food at this Wendy's about 3 times a month. The service at this Wendy's is always fast and friendly regardless of what time I go, and the food rarely disappoints.

Bonus story: Once I was harassed for free food by a couple loiterers, easily twice my size, and the next time I went the manager personally apologized to me and assured me that they had been banned from the restaurant. Much appreciated.

The service was quick, the food was good. The best past of our experience was the woman who gave us our food. She was a sweetest, happiest person. It was a great experience here.
