Big O Tires

Big O tires in Evergreen provided a great experience. They started working on my car right away, and had it finished when they said. They gave me an estimate, and they charged me that exact price at the end. Even though they sell tires, they told me the snow tires I changed out were in good shape, and I didn't need new ones. They were pleasant to work with.

This business just off I 70 and Evergreen Parkway is exceptional. I had a low tire pressure light when I pulled in. I knew it was more than just hitting spring weather potholes. They were able to get me an appointment that morning and repair the tire. They seem to understand that sometimes we can't plan flat tires or schedule breakdowns. They treated me kindly and efficiently. When I am buying new tires or need alignment work, I am going straight to this store. They have earned my business by simple kindness in the beginning.

I had a need for an Air pressure check and popped in here because I was staying at a Hotel close by. The Nice man at the counter directed me to bay 1 for Air. I got an Excellent young man who happily helped me with air. I asked about a battery replacement as I came in on a Jump start situation. The nice man at the counter sold me a new Interstate battery and literally had me in Tip top shape and back on my way in 17 minutes total!!! Thanks to the young man putting Air in my tire, I was able to ask about my battery issue too!! Thank you all so much for helping this Lady out! (Visited on Saturday April 27th.)

Unbelievably excellent!!!! Got a flat coming out of the mountains on a cold day. Coffee shop in Georgetown referred us to Big O Tire in Evergreen. After limping 30 miles on a donut, we arrived in Evergreen. Roland and Ira treated us so well. Their service was amazing and the price was better than reasonable. Highly recommend Big O Tire in Evergreen any day.

Had a tire leak with a rental car on vacation. Stopped in and they repaired it. Service was fantastic and people were so nice. I would highly recommend trusting your vehicle with them. I know I would come back if I'm back in the area and have any car issues.

Roland was super helpful tracking down our tire protection plan that was purchased at a different Big O location and getting two new tires warrantied for us. He was also very helpful explaining the differences to us when looking at low, mid, and top of the line all-season tires to purchase when winter ends in the mountains. I never felt pressured to purchase and he never made me feel bad for asking questions.

The entire staff including the front desk and the mechanics were superb in every way. They all very helpful and professional. I would recommend Big O Tire to anyone needing assistance. BZ!

Morning commute turned into emergency brake issues. The crew took care of me and did great with my unannounced arrival. About 3.5 hours wait total (parts from Denver). $1500ish for rotors, brake pads/juice, and a light thing. Great communication and clear expectations the whole time. (NOT MY TIRE IN PIC. GUY BROUGHT INTO SHOP AND I WAS SUPER THANKFUL IT WASN'T ME.)

my car died, instead of taking down the hill, I decided to take it to Big O. They did a review determined the battery was failing. since it was under warranty they said take car to where I bought battery since it was under warranty. I did that and now have a new battery. I apprecited the honesty from Big O Tires in Evergreen!

This place was amazing, professional, quick, and so so hopeful. I was in a bad pinch after being screwed over by Big Brand tiers com and these guys helped me for free. We were traveling through Colorado on a trip and needed an emergency alignment. Big O Tires arranged for an early morning appointment and completed the alignment timely and at a fair cost.

This place was super busy with taking all the snow tires off for locals, but they were quick to squeeze us into their schedual. They replaced not only the two tires we really needed, but they gave us an excellent deal with replacing the other two as well. They also took the time to change our oil as it was nearly due. The prices were great and the staff were very helpful to our our needs. Keep up the great work guys, thank you.
