Evergreen Golf Course

Stopping in for dinner a hike, seated promptly and before we'd even had a chance of looking at the menu, there was iced water and a bread basket good to go.

The lass serving us was very attentive, polite and well informed about the menu.

Food was well portioned, and great tasting. The pork shank was sublime in flavour, as was the cherry pie and ice cream.

Well worth a visit even if you're not a golfer. There was a saxophone player setting up as we finished, so live music is available

Great mountain golf course next to the lake in the town of Evergreen.
It’s challenging with some narrow fairways, but the views are amazing.

Loved playing here. The course isn't long but it still played very difficult with the natural lay of the land. Greens were very difficult. We didn't see any elk, but we did see a handful of marmot. If it wasn't an hour drive, I'd be here every weekend.

Great public golf course. Price was very reasonable and drive was an easy 45 minutes from many parts of town. Walking was a good workout but not impossible. Definitely some interesting blind shots and fun challenges. Staff was great. Will definitely be back. Beautiful scenery while playing.

Didn’t golf but had an incredible lunch at the Keys on the Green!

My wife and in-laws love stopping by when we can and have yet to disappoint. The French dip with steak fries is very good. We think so. Can't go wrong. Service is always great.

One of the most beautiful courses I have ever played at. Very unique experience when elk are walking in the fairway next to you lol. 10/10 especially due to the scenery! I do wish they had water features.

This course is so much fun. Very challenging as well. I always have a blast when I play here. I just got home from a round in the rain, it was the most fun I've had playing golf there yet. Here are some photos of this last trip.

My buddies and I love evergreen. It is the best wildlife golfing experience you’ll ever get for
$50. Right before this a couple of bull elk had a battle right in front of us.

Can’t get much better of an experience for the relative price of a round and location. Staff was kind as well.

Played twice on the back 9. Be alert on the tee box at 18! Shanks off the tee at 10 can get by the safety net and get too close to you. Didn’t see any elk, but the round was a blast and can’t wait to try the front 9.

Great course especially if you want to beat the heat in town walking is a rewarding challenge in exercise but well worth the views

One of the best courses in colorado for the price! The mountains will throw off you putting and distance but that's half the fun. I walked and it was great, if you can i suggest to walk over talking a cart

Admittedly, I'm not an overly experienced golfer, but in terms of ambience this is the nicest course I've ever been to. It's like getting a nature walk in with your golf game. Lots of wildlife, great scenery, and there are lots of interesting and challenging holes.

I love this golf course. Super fun and totally beautiful. I'm a terrible golfer so I can't tell you if it is easy or difficult. The lodge is homey and the people are fantastic. I'll be coming back this summer. Bonus elk!!

Great small technical course. Definitely a great place to play! Love the community.

A little jewel in the mountains. Not a long course but it is a lot of fun to play and the scenery is spectacular. Will definitely go back and play golf there again.

From check-in to the first tee, the staff is amazing and very engaging. The course is in great shape and a lot of fun. The greens are very challenging, which isn't typical in Denver. We didn't see the beverage cart once all 18 holes.

I can't wait to return to this course! You cannot beat the scenery or the absolute quiet during the round.

It is tight and narrow in some areas and more ofna "normal" course in other areas. You get a great blend of mountain views, rivers, challenging shots, blind shots and wildlife. I like to think Of it as a "shaggy mountain course"
