Rainsville Post Office employees are friendly and professional. They go out of their way to help me, especially Demetria Liles. 😊

LOVE this post office! I ship daily for my work from home business, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I were talking about moving, but this post office is one of the reasons why I want to stay right here. Can't bear the thought of leaving them and their service. =)

I've never had a problem at the Rainsville post office. Always there to help you with a late package.

Efficient and helpful.

It's the Post Office. There's nothing wrong with the office, the problem is how long it takes them to move and deliver the.mail.

Staff was extremely rude after not delivering my package because my 5 pound 12 year old Chihuahua with no teeth was out side!!! Mind you this is after the mail lady already tried to run her over while she was at our neighbors mailbox IN HER VEHICLE She decided to back up because my dog was at her back tire She missed my dog and zoomed off.
Last package she delivered she threw out of the vehicle into my yard and damaged it.
The mail lady always delivers other peoples mail to our mailbox and we have to take it to them rarely ever get our bills on time, so have to pay a late fee on most of them

Worst mail service EVER. Packages are never delivered on time or to the correct address even though they are always marked delivered on Amazon. And don't bother contacting the post master in Rainsville. He will not return your calls and always makes excuses delivered by other employees. I am going to a different city to get a PO box so I can actually get my mail. WORST POST OFFICE!!!

Apparently the mail carriers are incompetent and cannot get my mail in the appropriate box. This is a reoccurring problem here. I have lived in several rural towns and never had a problem with service. I live in apartments and no there is nothing blocking causing a hazard or dogs chasing her off. She just can't get it right it has been MONTHS of this. So Everytime this happens I have to wait for whoever receives my mail to check their mail and return it. If they even do return it. Good thing I have informed delivery.

Not very helpful when trying to locate packages. Got a notice saying my package was out for delivery on Saturday, to saying it’s running late and will be delivered tomorrow! Postmaster said it was all on Amazon saying that and they hadn’t went thru the mail to see if they actually had it! This ain’t the first time it’s happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last!!!

This is the worst post office I've ever visited. The stuff knows NOTHING, as a customer I know more about international shipping then them and they still think they can be rude to you. I was there on Friday 8th of February 2.30 pm. I do hope that Corp will do something about those two who were working there. I will never put my foot there again!! They might check Fyffe post office how customer service should work.

Never get our correct mail. Don't expect your packages or regular mail delivered to the correct address.
