McDonald's

I bought the rare McRib which was delicious. The service was less than acceptable because the cashier was so distracted he didn't hear a word I was trying to say to him. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Quick drive thru, staff always friendly...will definitely return!

The people at the McDonald's was so friendly and very talkative and helpful the restaurant was clean and neat

Getting way too expensive almost 5 bucks for egg McMuffin then 2.99 for sweet tea. Highway robbery at it's best. Poor folks can't afford to feed their families anymore.

I usually go through the drive through because it is so quick. So I'm not sure about the atmosphere. THE LADIES AT THE DRIVE THROUGH ARE ALWAYS NICE AND VERY ACCOMMADATING!

The staff is really nice and my food is always fresh. Just wish they would work a little more on the cleanliness of the facility.

Actually enjoyed the food inside was very nice and clean staff was supper sweet.( small town so family knew some of the workers)

Went in for breakfast.
Got a crispy chicken mcgriddle ( I didn't didn't know this was a thing) it was so good . Did end up getting a biscuit and gravy a lil bit later gravy had waaayyyy to much black pepper in it for me. But I ate it anyways. Tho I did pour some pancake syrup over it to cut the black pepper. ( my son and 2 nephews had the plancakes) husband has a English muffin can't remember what inside bit he liked it and the hash brown was good sad they are over a dollar for just one now tho. Use to be 2 for a dollar😞

I love their rewards n deals .I have severe digestive issues but could tolerate McDonald's carmel sundesi ways get buy 1 get 1 free but the emoyees would expect me everyday I would go than .y husband would bring me 2 more home every nite they always make me feel God happy ro see me if I happen to miss a day they will tell me how worried they was

Always clean, fast efficient service. If your going to McDonalds, this is a great one to choose!

This is quite possibly one of the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The service is always fast and professional. The managers on duty that I have personally talked to are outstanding. The food is always hot and ready to eat.The drive thru time is very fast.

I've actually never had any problems with the McDonald's in rainsville besides maybe a messed up order or two throughout a years time. You might get some cold fries close to closing time but other than that, fast, friendly service.

Good place new girl totally messed up my order but not really she was new to the drive through and got confused but we should all remember when we first started entering the work force... please people be kind patient and understanding to all.

Ordered on app and food was ready quickly but had a hard time getting my drink.That being said it was busy And I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem if they weren't so busy.

So far, I haven't had an order made wrong and have always had prompt service. The only issue I've had was other customers in the drive thru line, but I can't expect McDonald's to help that.

I travel every week and the company restaurant is McDonald's. But 99% of those I visit have Terrible people skills. I find them rude, uninterested in my patronage and arrogant. This one thankfully was a breath of fresh air. Quick, polite and seemingly thankful that we chose to stop at their place of business. Thanks

My family and I eat at McDonald's at least 10 times a month.They have deals so I can afford to feed my family.This store is privately owned so some of the prices might vary from other stores.This one is always clean and the service is usually pretty fast.

Very crowded,food very good as usual. Service kinda slow but they were slammed. Enjoyed me some pancakes and sausage.

This is one of the last McDonald's around that still looks like the original buildings. That is why my wife loves going here you dont see that anymore. They just redecorated the inside which dont look bad but I actually enjoy the old vibes

It wasn't very good . Sometimes at rainsvilles McDonalds everything is great . Sometime I see one poor young person all alone trying there best to do a good job an one person in the back working hard an the rest in the drive thru . That's when you get a burger that looks bad. Most mcdonlds do great even during the rebuild . Sorry i thought you should know
