I always enjoy coming to the store. Even though they take lots of my money! I understand you cannot stock everything for every single car. But 9 times out of 10 they have it to you they're very next morning. And this deserves five stars

I am giving the store 5 stars but only because one of their employees went above and beyond to help me out!!! Jessie thanks so much for going the extra mile to help me out i really appreciate it!!! They should hire more employees like you!!! And get rid of the guy who walked away from the female customer at the counter(me) because he didn't know how to get what i needed and went to answer the phone and left me standing at the counter for 30 while he helped someone the phone not a customer another store calling to check stock on something. His next customer was a man and he did not leave the counter to answee thet phone while the man was at the counter!!! Again Jessie is the only reason for this rating!!! She deserves a raise!!!!!

Nice people. Knowledgeable about products. Surprised when they installed the new battery in my car at no extra charge. Then, the man refused a tip. You sure don't see much of that anymore!

I've never had a problem other than steering wheel puller and a power steering pump pully puller was damaged and they shouldn't rent a tool that has bad parts.

They changed out our Autocraft Platininum AGM battery for my sons car we bought him Feb/2018. It had a bad cell. They have a 3 year free replacement warranty so it cost us nothing. We bought that brand because the last one on that car lasted 9 years and was identical. I think his car not being cranked in nearly 5 months due to us being hunkered down due to Covid 19 may have contributed. He never tried to crank it since Feb. 6 2020. Advance always has stellar customer service in Rainsville AL although I have found differences when using other locations at times in a pinch when I couldn't wait for them to get a part in stock.
