Chick fil-a consistently delivers a top notch fast food experience. They are the epitome of customer service. I have visited this location several times and have always enjoyed the drive thru. There's no need to review their food cause everyone knows it's the best. Kudos to Truett Cathy and his brilliant business model!!!!

Did a mobile order and they had it to our car quickly and correctly.

Best chick fila I think in Knoxville. Always exceptional service, smiles, and very very good food. Never had a bad meal or experience here.

I can trust Chick-fil-A to have a clean restaurant to also include the parking lot and drive-thru. The other part you can count on are employees who are enthusiastic about their jobs.

Very friendly staff inside, wonderful table settings and very clean. Came in during breakfast/lunch switch and even fulfilling both menus service was quick and easy. Got my food in a few minutes and was surprised to see they still had an indoor play place for kids!

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a! The salads are always fresh and the food is always hot and delicious!

Ok, if you are hesitating to eat at Chick-fil-A and you're checking Google reviews on whether or not to go, then do your tum tum a favor and just eat their dang chicken. They cook with peanut oil, so don't if you're allergic. Duh. This is great yummy for your tummy food. They have a plethora of options for you salad eaters. My kiddos love the Mac and cheese and so do I!

Chick-fil-A also does a tremendous job at supporting local schools, churches and other events. In highschool football, they provided post game sandwiches and even for the middle school I teach at they provide pregame meals.

As a father of 3, my wife and I strategize on how to save money when eating here. Buy the large Mac and the large count of chicken tenders. Our 6, 4, and 2 yr olds have plenty to eat off of. That's much cheaper than buying individual meals. If you buy a kids meal, it comes with a book. (I don't know if it is always a book, but I love that they give out books).

Employee Hadleigh in drive thru is really professional, helpful, and sweet. Chick-fil-a is lucky to have her apart of the team.

Thank you for spacious dining, great employees, tables for various sized families, and especially for the "indoor playground"! We live in the Seymour area but dine here when possible to motivate a 5-year-old picky eater to eat first and then play.

Always fast, even when there's a line around the building. Order is always right and employees are extra friendly. This proves that it can be done. You can get good service at a fast food restaurant. It just depends on the type of people that are hired to work there.

This Chick-fil-A is always great! Staff is polite, energetic, and friendly! Place has been very clean every time I've been there, including the indoor playground. Ample parking as well.

This location is brand new. Everything still has the “new car smell”. A very friendly staff, food was excellent. My favorite part of this location is the large dining room. Welcome to west Knoxville!

Can't go wrong at the North shore Chick FIL A, we always get the spicy southwest salads. Good food, good service and good rewards.

Chick-fil-A has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was a little girl. The food is so good, it doesn’t taste like fast food. Their food is awesome, their service is great, and the staff is friendly. Not to mention the fact that their ice cream machine is always working! Awesome place, Christian staff, and efficient service.
