McDonald's

I gave 5 star because of the manager that had to deal with me. To start with they messed up my food (I mean how hard is plain?) and I went in to get replaced, the cashier was young & dumb and no common sense, was smiling and apparently thought it was funny bc I paid for my food and wanted it right. I didn't really see how it was funny but simply a teenager. Anyway the manager remade my food herself and give me free meal. The manager did a great job at diffusing the situation quickly. Instead of arguing with me like the cashier was doing, the manager acknowledged that they messed it up and simply remade it. Thanks to the afternoon manager yesterday around 4, I appreciate it a lot. Sorry for being I'll, but not sorry for wanting my food right. If I pay for it, I want what I order, accidents happen I get it.

The lady working the register this morning was fantastic. The restaurant is clean and very welcoming. To be honest it's pretty rare these days. This lady needs a raise. Also enjoyed the music.

The General Manager was a very nice and sweet lady. She made sure my order was handled swiftly while still providing a pleasant personality.

The lady on the counter was very friendly, think her name was Trina, definitely deserves a raise for how hard she was working to make our experience as good as possible.

When you need fries, nuggets and sweet tea..there it is!!!

Reluctantly fulfilled my granddaughters request to go to McDonalds and eat inside. We ordered at the counter where we were quickly greeted by a very nice young man. He gave us a number teepee to put on our table and said they would bring the food to us. Granddaughter chose a small round table flanked by 2 small upholstered armchairs. Upon sitting, I noticed there were live plants throughout the dining area. Very nice! Our food was delivered and was hot & exactly as we had ordered. There were no other customers dining in during our visit.

The best and freshest McDonald’s I’ve literally ever been to, the workers are doing a dang good job! Keep it up guys!

McDonalds is one of my oldest fast food loves, lots of Happy Meal memories as a kid. I do the drive thru at this one from time to time, but this visit was my first one since before Covid. Did not realize everything was Kiosk based now! But … it was super easy to use and the staff were attentive to getting my food to me promptly. Great experience.

Absolutely phenomenal service! My girls love the play place and the staff was so kind and accommodating! Some days it’s hard to have two little ones running around, and they made it much easier on me for our Saturday breakfast out! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Never thought I would give McDonalds a 5 Star review but here goes. I popped in this morning for a biscuit, a cup of coffee and a quiet spot to have worship. The drive through was busy but there were few customers inside. The young man who took my order did not seem to be a manger but he acted like one, in all the best ways.

He brought my food to me and made sure I was pleased. On the way back to the counter he stopped to compliment a coworker on the great job she was doing scrubbing the floors. That caused me to observe her and I’m telling you right now I have never done such a through job scrubbing my own floors. Not a corner was cut and she obviously took pride in her work. I would hire this woman for a much more responsible job on the basis of that alone.

Back to the young man. I heard him discussing how they could best keep the restaurant up so that when they are up for an inspection they won’t have extra work to do but can go forward on any inspection with confidence.

The woman i ultimately perceived to be the manager was also warm, friendly and conversant with the customers.

No offense McDonalds but none of the above is what I have come to expect. The corporate culture of this franchise must be phenomenal. In looking for something about which to fuss I couldn't find anything.

Went thur the drive thur tonight & Melissa that was working the window to pay was an absolute joy to encounter! She made my day so much better. Thanks Melissa for a positive encouraging moment, when it feels like all humanity has lost compassion.

Always good quality. This store is owned by the Cochran family, and I specifically seek out their stores as opposed to those of other franchisees who tend to cut corners wherever possible.

They are very kid-friendly, with ample parking and easy wheelchair access.

Nice, clean McDonald's. The new jalapeño bacon cheese burger is excellent, and I'm not really a taste food fan. I recommend it.

Service was great. An amazing job by the front line taking my order and politely moving on to the next person in line. The kitchen staff and kitchen area are visible from the ordering area which provides confidence in the quality and cleanliness of my purchase. An overall great meal, put together well, and brought to my seat in great time. All around great visit.

The service was very quick and food was hot. The young gentleman at the window was extremely polite and did not rush to "throw" the food at us like other places have done. From what I could see through the drive thru window, the establishment appeared to be kept very clean.

The atmosphere is much more hip now. They have updated machines to self ordering. The traffic system is a bit meh and can easily lead to an accident with people flying in and out the exit. Just be very careful when pulling in. The area is festive with employees that seem to be a bit happier! There is also am awesome table heat for kids that reacts to touch with LED lighting. This McDonald's is coming up heavily in this location
