Wonderful customer assistance! The best staff! So polite and helpful. This store is a real asset to T-Mobile. The staff should be commended.
Staff assisted me in filing an insurance claim when my phone was utterly destroyed. I was in tears. They fixed everything. Once in awhile, don't we all need someone willing to step in and say "Don't worry. I'll take care of everything for you." ❤

The crew here is AWSOME. Had issues in Santa Maria with AT&T but, now that i have switched to T-Mobile i have no more issues. The T-Mobile crew in Los Osos, has answered all of my questions and i just feel so much more comfortable coming into the store. They are so friendly and fun I love T-Mobile.

To the Guys in the Los Osos T Mobile, Andrew and Joaquin they have Great Customer Service.

They helped me with my account and went through all the different options that I had. I will come back and visit them when I want to purchase accessories and I will tell my friends about the GREAT job the Los Osos T Mobile TEAM did.

Andrew (the manager) at Los Osos T-Mobile is a shining example of what customer service and knowing your job is all about. While I have encountered difficulties with call centre staff, Andrew has gone out of his way to make sure I have service that works and is appropriate for me. Well done.

This location is by far the best. Glad tmobile is stepping up there game. They have outstanding customer service! The sales rep answered all my questions with satisfying answers. They didn't leave me hanging like other locations. So glad to have this tmobile store here in Los Osos! Love it!
