Miner's Ace Hardware

One of my favorite local hardware stores. The staff and management at this store are always engaging and willing to help me find what I need. I really appreciate their friendly and knowledgable team.

Friendly staff exorbitant at the registrar. Seasonal items are enjoyable to look at.
I bought a couple books to read up on the area, from Los Osos to Nipomo and in between cities.

Lots of products, just about everything you need for house and garden, helpful and friendly staff.

Without naming names, I came.to have my car key cut. I had my own key and I only needed it cut. It was done with no charge. However, my key did not work. I guess it has to do with the ignition of my Toyota Corolla

I love my local Ace Hardware! The staff is wonderful. I've been going there for years and I've always been able to get assistance and advice. Their plants are of the best quality; robust and healthy. They've helped me with many projects; plumbing, painting and even "Help! My fence fell down in the storm!". You would think I'm quite handy around the house. But the truth is, I just have a great hardware store!

Surprisingly they have a lot of stock and variety. People were friendly and helpful in the lumber department. Cashiers we're fast and easy as there were enough to keep us moving. Even returned an item after my project completed, and it was easily done. Some places returns are a pain but not here. Great experience with friendly coastal vibes.

It had evrything I needed for my project, the lady that helped me find what I needed was an absolute joy to be near. Even found a prices for things a was vaguely interested in.

The store was clean, neat, well organized, had a comfortable, layout and inviting charm. The cashiers were fast and fun, I think she did her part faster than her register could register.

You say, 'Yeah it's just a store.' Sure, but that's a store I'm going back to.
To whomever runs that place and the good people that work there, bravo.

This store has the nicest people and many of them know their home maintenance as well! Any questions and someone here will be able to answer and steer you in the right direction. Their prices are pretty reasonable and not marked up like you'd expect for a small town. The only downside here is they have a pretty limited lumberyard and nursery, but you can find 90% of stuff you need here. The employees here always manage to put a smile on my face even when my project has gotten the best of me and I've made 3+ trips here in a day. As a regular it's nice and they know me by name.

WELL!! Everything you need they have it and good quality & good price also.

Friendly staff and good customer service.

So many helpers. Always someone available to ask for help in finding things. Much better than big box stores. Pay a bit more for a lot more service!

Miners is a great hardware store. They always offer to help. The will special order anything for you. They have a great metric and us hardware selection. They also have a good garden selection. They have great sales. They also have free popcorn on weekends Saturday & Sunday. If you need a job they are always hiring good people.

Very good selection and prices, even compared to inhuman, multi-national big-box stores. LOCALLY-OWNED and therefore, much happier employees! For that I'm willing to pay what little more they ask. It seems to me they offer many more U.S.-made products than big-box. Staff know everything and happily give great project advice—especially staff over 30—but all will quickly get you where you need to go.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Not always as friendly in the later evenings though. A lot more selection since they expanded next door, though, with supply chain issues they aren't stocked well, mostly in the hardware section.

Customer service great. Helped complete an order started with another Ace Miner's Hardware store that was out of an item I needed. Liked the layout of painter's supplies. More than adequate coveralls, plastic sheeting and tarps.

This is a good store. They have a lot of very knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and helpful. Clean. They have everything and then some. They make keys. Have a paint section and they know what they are doing. They have a garden section. Small but stocked pretty well.

Always plenty of people to help you. Friendly and informative staff. For a small store they have more variety than the big hardware store. The only negative is that the garden supply is limited but the morro bay sister store has this covered.

The staff here go completely out of their way to be friendly helpful and polite which I appreciate
They have a good selection of parts granted it is hard right now to actually get stuff because manufacturers are not open do to coronavirus

they have put a plastic around the cashiers as a barrier they actually wipe down the credit card keypad between each customer which is even better and makes me happy to see they're doing that the person who is out in front of the store has a spray bottle next to them to wipe down the carts they actually remind you to have a face mask on
And if you do not have a face mask they will hand you one for free and when the store gets too crowded they do ask you to wait until somebody comes out which I appreciate
The staff members I have interacted with know what they are talking about and there are a couple of them that are actually able to learn because I've asked them about a certain thing they didn't know about it so I helped them research it then they carried the product for me which made me even happier because then I didn't have to go out of my way to get the things

I also see they're trying to expand the store which is a good idea you'll be able to handle more stuff and have a bigger selection which would be a lot better for me because I don't want to keep driving too slow to go to home Depot where they're so badly disorganized I'd rather have a organized store that's closer

now for the parking lot outside I don't think this isn't any form of their control but it only seems crowded Grant it there's two other store big stores right next door but I guess that's just the way it goes

They also offer window screen repair or rebuild the window screen with new materials which is helpful
I am happy with this store

Super helpful. My wife is teaching a knitting class for kids and she is making the needles for the kids. They helped her get all the right dowels, sand paper, sharpeners etc, cut the dowels to length and made sure it was all going to work.
