The service at the Los Osos, CA store was excellent. Landon is extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Cody was also very helpful. If l have any questions about my phone and or purchase, l wouldn't hesitate to seek them out.

Landon was extremely helpful and professional. He helped guide me through my purchases of a device and accessories, and was extremely knowledgeable on the pros/cons of each. He figured out ways to save me money and lower my bill. I’m so pleased!

I visited the local Verizon store in Los Osos today and met Xavier. He should be given a raise, five gold stars, may be a couple of days off and great appreciation from his bosses.

Single-handedly he attempted and succeeded in handling everybody’s questions, issues and needs in a kind and patient way.

His expertise was immediately evident, and he was able to accomplish everything, everyone need it.

He was by himself, and some people only wanted to pay a bill while others, like me, had a new phone that had to be completely set up from scratch. He pulled it off with grace and kindness. Give the kid a raise!!!!

My wife and I recently purchased new phones and had the pleasure of working with Landon. I went in today to correct my email address and had another issue. Without fail, Landon was beyond helpful. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Both my wife and I have worked in the customer service industry, we can attest that Landon is without a doubt the best customer service representative we have every encountered. He genuinely cares about his customers and clearly likes his job. Landon is a rare find for sure.

My goodness I wish I could leave more stars! Landon helped me at the Los Osos Verizon and he is an absolute gem. This last year has taught me to support Kind above all else. He knew his products, listened to what I actually needed and made thoughtful suggestions. He knew what to share that I didn't even know to ask. Exceptional customer service. If I didn't already live in Los Osos, the kind of service I would drive out of town for. Thank you!

I was in the Los Osos store yesterday to buy my new iPhone 14 and also my first Apple Watch. Kody and Xavier were outstanding and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Being a senior citizen, I’m not very technically educated, but they really helped me get it all set up, and I had nothing to worry about. Kody was the main sales person I worked with, and his knowledge was unparalleled. Xavier was also great in answering questions that I had while kody was working on my phone. I have a friend that went to the company Verizon store in San Louis, and her experience was definitely not as positive as mine. She said she would go to the Los Osos store the next time she had an issue definitely a five star experience.

We recently had to upgrade a phone and tried out the Los Osos store. We worked with Landon and he did an outstanding job getting the new phone set up and all info transferred over from the old phone. He was both professional and courteous ! He also multitasks very well - dealing with 3 different clients at one time and no one felt slighted for time or attention. Thanks again !

I had fraud on my account and couldn't make calls. I went to the store and Landon and Xavier were the best. I would recommend this store to everyone! Landon actually got my phone working again and I felt he was very knowledgeable. I was so stressed going into the store and I actually walked out with a smile. Great experience!

This is the best store!!!! All the employees are super helpful. We were in there last week, we had a guest at our house who had an issue with her Iphone, they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Also, we were in there yesterday for a set up on a new phone and Kody helped us. Super friendly, helpful and fast service. This is our go to store for any phone issues.

Dain is Amazing! Every time I have been to the store I have gotten such incredible support and guidance from this guy. Always leave happy with my purchases and feeling like I have an ally if I run into any problems. Highly recommend him and the staff at this Verizon store. They are super on point:)

Dain was a fantastic employee. He's super friendly and helpful and genuinely tries to find what's best for the customer. He has immaculate customer service skills, as he got along with people ranging 14 to 84. 10/10 would recommend, he passes the vibe check.

I have been helped by Landon both times I visited the store. He is professional, personable, patient and great at explaining things to help you understand the nuances of your device. I really appreciate how he made my experience easy and pleasant.

We have dealt with Landon multiple times over the last months. His concern for customers, attention to detail and knowledge of products is consistent. I am conservative in handing out praise but Landon deserves all of the stars available (are you sure there aren't more than 5). The reason we stay with Verizon (despite the onslaught of Consumer Cellular lower prices) is the stellar service we receive from Landon (and Dain). I hope that this review translates into some positive response from Verizon to two of it's great employees!!!

I went into the Los Osos office this morning and spoke with Landon. He set me up with the exact new phone I needed ( cost $400.00) , he was kind, smart, professional and best of all easy to talk with. Great guy. Great experience.

Dain, the manager, at the Los Osos Verizon store is amazing. He is very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He saved us a ton of money on our monthly bill and helped us take advantage of holiday offers and coupons. It will indeed be a very Merry Christmas for our family. We will most definitely be forever customers of Dain's at his Verizon store.

Knowledgeable staff made my new iPhone purchase easy. I have been an Android user forever but I want to see my grandchildren on FaceTime so I had to make the change. It’s been a tough week but the staff at the Verizon store has been very helpful.

My wife and I (in our 70's) were on vacation and we stopped by the Verizon store in Los Osos to upgrade our Galaxy S5 phones. There were two gentlemen working there, Dain and Landon. They were absolutely wonderful. The two of them helped us for three hours, helping us select the S10e phones, select the best plan for us, and transferring everything from our old phones to our new phones, and selecting appropriate accessories. We can't say enough about how helpful and how nice they were. They were very helpful & attentive to us and to everyone who came in while we were there, and very patient with us senior citizens. We cannot thank them enough.

Dain was AWESOME!! Extremely helpful, polite and personable. I wanted help transferring my information from my old phone to my new one. Dain took care of the entire task in only 20 minutes (this would have taken me MUCH longer and with a healthy dose of frustration for good measure!) His "can do" attitude and kindness was much appreciated in this busy world. He followed all Covid protocols and was kind and helpful to the other two customers that were ahead of me during my visit. I will recommend Verison in Los Osos to all my friends on the central coast! Thank you Dain!

Landon was unbelievably helpful. He resolved issues for us that we were unable to correct anywhere else. His knowledge and his patience were absolutely amazing. We thank you Landon, and we thank Verizon for having hired such an incredible person.
