They provide an excellent service. I'm sure people love to give one star like the "Local Guides" because they would never actually do this type of work themselves. Thankful for all they do!

In the past two my leaves have been picked up in a reasonable time For some reason they have really piled up . I wish I could send a picture . I’ve been trying to keep them off the street . My leaf border is about 2-3 feet high across my yard and my neighbors . Please come soon

Worst City service I have ever seen run! The environmental service is a disgrace! We should want better for ourselves as local citizens than this low grade service. It is the most lazy place in Decatur all the way from the workers themselves all the way up to the office and management positions. They have 0 ability to communicate with the people they serve and it's a serious issue! I will be speaking to our local councilmen about this issue and what can be done!!!!
