At closing time on a busy Friday, the supervisor at Food Basics truly went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of with a smile. Despite the stress and rush of closing, she took the time to assist me with two specific issues. First, she promptly exchanged my carton of eggs that had a broken one. Secondly, noticing that I had picked up a chicken before it was reduced, she made a call to get another one at the discounted price. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. If Food Basics is willing to go that extra mile, I'm more than happy to drive the extra 30 minutes for my weekly shopping instead of going to the independent grocer.

Good quality produce and cheap prices. Sort of like Super C in Quebec, but better quality fruits, vegetables, and meats. If you're in Quebec, it pays to shop here once in a while as the prices are cheaper in Ontario.

Grabbed coconut oil and Reese's peanut butter chocolate chips to make cannabis edibles. Both were on sale. Store was clean and well stocked.

FINALLY!! A store without silly arrows stuck all over their floors! It's amazing that people were able to keep their distance and move about without needing directions! Grocery shopping here was sooo much less stressful than at stores with roped off areas to 'direct' people through the store! Thanks!

Food basics the best grocery store in town if your want good deals. Always has what you need at prices the public can afford. There weekly deals with a store that provides you with everything you need. The staff is always glad to help and the cashiers are always friendly and great to do buisness with. There fast scanners making your purchase fast and effective.The store is always clean and the store is always stocked up . Its also in a great location makeing it i think one of the best grocery stores we got. Shout out to all the employees at this location.

Hello food basic , I quit shopping at no frills and came over , no frills has some nasty cashiers so I'm coming to food basic for now , as long as you treat me right and no scummy attitude bad manners I will keep coming ..

Your prices are ok , some things a bit pricey but over all ok ..

Just one thing , don't ask me to make contribution to charities or wars going on over seas , you should stay nutral about things you know nothing about ..

And don't promote medical information with a strong bias.

There's more to it then following guide lines which have never been proven ..

Just sell food and not government agendas ..

Always helpful when asking questions very helpful. A long wait to cash out at times but that's the customers and not the workers. Got to have patience and that they do. Keep up the good work guys 👍

I loved Food basics Cornwall! It has all what you need plus d'une extra items that i see for the first time compared to other food basics outlets in other cities. The prices are very competitive as usual and the cleanliness and staff friendliness is great as usual. Dear team, please keep the great work up, I love your work, cheers.

Found everything quick and easy and people at the cash got me out of there in giffy

I had lost my wallet last Friday May 24th 2019 and came back on Monday May 27th, (I only noticed Sunday night). Well my wallet was there, and nothing was missing from it I had $120.00 in it... A very big thank you to the staff, I wanted to leave some money as a gift but was told the staff is not allowed to accept .. A million thank you :))
