Excellent service. Very prompt and willing to help. The services I got were excellent priced. Later went back for tires and wasn't disappointed then either. Will be back.

It is convenient. It is smaller than some of the other area stores so not as many people in the waiting area. Jerry was the service manager who checked me in and he kept me informed and helped me fins coupons to use for my service

I usually use a family friend to fix my cars but I was just in the area one day and decided to get an oil change at the college street location. Best customer service and was very helpful and patient with me because my car was more trouble than it was worth. Definitely will be going back in the future.

It was very simple to make an appointment, they were very fast and efficient once I got there, and the gentleman who helped me made sure to explain everything clearly!

The team were extremely courteous, even suggested an alignment that was part of the tire package I had purchased prior with them. After service, they pointed out an issue that they could fix (tie rod end) but were never pushy about it. I'm scheduling the work with them because of the way they were honest and upfront without pushing a quick sale. Great team and work all around!

I've been going to the College St location for 20+ years, have always had great service. This time, though, the fellas outdid themselves. I purchased new tires (Merry Christmas to me, right?) on Wednesday 12/20/23. Friday morning my car gave me a low tire pressure warning. It turns out I'd driven over some construction debris, there was a nail in one tire, a staple in another! So I called Firestone. Saturday morning, Christmas Eve-eve, they squeezed my car in, took care of the tires, checked the others. Thank you Jerry, David, & Zack!

They are the most friendly staff. They let you know everything that is wrong with your car and what you need before they even touch it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys

I always feel the location on W College St. in M'boro take my car needs seriously but don't try to oversell me - as a single female, I've had that happen at other places. They explain what's important and what can be delayed if I need to .

Quick and easy trip. I scheduled everything I needed online dropped off my car, it was finished in less time than I was quoted. Staff was friendly and their work was excellent. I love that I can have all my car maintenance needs taken care of in one place!

Excellent service! I can't say enough about Jerry and the team! I managed to get a lug bolt stuck in my tire, I called and Jerry took care of the issue, including having to drive over, all resolved well under 45 minutes!

Best auto place I’ve been to! I am new to area and took a chance going here. Guy at front (Zach) was very professional & made it easy to get my car in without an appointment and short notice. Waiting time was also not bad at all and price point was great. Highly recommend! 😀 could not be happier.

If you need an honest mechanic, go see Jerry at Firestone. I really like being able to drop off the car first thing in the morning, walking a few blocks to work out, and then having it ready when I'm done with my exercise.

Manager is a great guy, I'm a pain in the butt customer and very particular about my vehical. Always great, speedy and affordable services. He takes care of his customers and even when I'm a pain in the but hes always patient with my b!itching lol Thank you Firestone for making my vehicle ride and drive fantastic. Always have piece of mind knowing my vehicle is in tip top shape. Five starts all the way!!!!!!

They were very helpful. I did t have any service done because they were not affiliated with my rental fleet anymore. But everyone was super nice.
