Pep Boys

My compressor wouldn't work properly, so I took it to Pep Boys and asked if they could put air in tires. He stopped what he was doing and said sure I can do it. Filled up the tires and I asked how much, he said no charge, it's a free service. My granddaughter loves her new bike. Thank you. Oh yeah,the gas station across the street wanted $4.00 for their air. Pretty sad . Thanks again, Pep Boys

The guys that helped me today all went above and beyond. The way Nick cared about the quality of his work was exceptional. Walked me through everything and treated me like a long time customer eventhough it was my 1st visit. Also cabbage and peter(?) Checking me in and out were just pleasant. Oh...and open 7 days a week!

I had an excellent experience coming in today. I mistakenly made an appointment for another day but since they were not busy they took my newer Camaro in and got things working immediately. Came in right on estimate as well. I will definitely be buying more tires here. You won't go wrong coming in. Mr. Stinson, you have a gold team here service wise.

Great group of guys! Was in a pinch and they helped me out. I have a C5 corvette thats kinda low to the ground. 2 other shops turned me down for an alignment but these guys pulled thru. Hayden the manager is knowledgeable and pointed out that my rim was bent. And bryson did a thorough job on the allighnment. Took good care of my Vette making sure everything went smooth. Great job guys!

Awesome experience,
I was told my truck need a new oil pan becuase I have an engine oil leak and that was not the case.
Hayden Stinson and his fantastic team did a great diagnostic and change the engine oil.
I recommend this place for all you cars needs.

I had an issue with my spare tire under my van. One of the employees, Hayden, was very kind and helpful. I was out in less than twenty minutes, and I don't have to worry about my van sounding like the bottom is falling off every time I roll a speed bump. Thanks.

I kind of had my nightmare scenario happen on my way into Bonnaroo. Hundreds of miles away from home and a broken down vehicle! There were some issues and a little miscommunication along the way with getting it diagnosed and repaired in time for us to head back home in the next few days. I picked this Pep Boys because they were open all weekend and assured a fix in time. It was a total bummer to hear that they couldn't finish a repair until 3-4 days later. They did however, do everything they could to try to get us back safely with what they had. We decided to head back home w/o a new part, but were very satisfied with the work they DID do. Kelly up front did everything he could to help us. He empathized with our situation and really took good care of us. It was stressful, but I felt in good hands with Kelly!

I can’t complain about my experience with getting four tires for our van. I called the day before to check on the tires I wanted and to make an appointment. The tires were in stock. Upon dropping the van off, they called shortly after to tell me that they had reserved my tires for someone else just before I made my appointment and that they missed it. The tires I wanted were not available. They felt terrible about this and offered me a more expensive tire and price matched the price I was quoted for the original set. I couldn’t complain.

Service was fast and professional.
The tires are wonderful and I’ve had no issues. The balancing is good.

Everyone was very nice and did a great job. Alot cheaper than Walmart. Never go to Walmart. Pep boys all the way!!

Today was my second time coming to this Pep Boys. Both times they were extremely helpful and professional. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe this name was Shod) was very helpful and patient while answering several of my questions and giving me advice. I could tell that he was genuine and not just trying to sell me something. Plus- they always have coupons! Highly recommend!

I take my car on or around the 15th of every month. I have never had a problem with them guys. They have always been nice and professional. They will continue to get my business.

This is the best service shop in Murfreesboro will never go anywhere else the guys there specifically dakota and jeremy did everything they could to get my aftermarket wheels to fit my car they worked for 2 hours and even stayed open late. They mounted and unmounted my tires at least 6 times before we decided my aftermarket wheels wouldn't fit without spacers HUGE HUGE HUGE thanks to those guys... there are very transparent with you about everything unlike other shops best shop around by far!!!

Here for the first time and so far, this experience is good. I felt like the staff here listened to my needs, and provided services that were not ridiculously priced. And all in all the services were done timely.. definitely will return for other services. seems like this place is on the up and up. Definitely will recommend.

The gentlemen that were at the front lobby helped me get my glove compartment open and were very professional. 5 stars because I don't know how their auto repair services but I know their customer service is good.

Got my TPMS replaced. These guys are good.
