On 4/20 I took my yorkie Star to get groomed & Cut the owner who usually do my pets was extremely busy and I was walk in & also star first time informed me it will be a while ..Well a new groomer cut star and I mean she literally cut my 9month pup and she now has to have surgery in the Am well I contacted the owner about the accident she informed me the groomer would be terminated because this should have never happened and took care of all star fees for surgery … I really appreciate the owner for not taken light of this situation and acting quickly so no one else baby is hurt … Puppy palace will forever be my 1st pick

I brought my dog in this morning, on the off chance that they might have a grooming appointment available. They did and I'm so glad I stopped by. The staff was so personable and friendly. They did a phenomenal job grooming my boy. He smelled great and was so soft! We will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such great care of Dunkin today!

I highly recommend bringing your pets here! They are dedicated and hard working! They treat your pets as if they’re their own pets. It really is the royal treatment!!!

I brung my 18 year old dashound Bella. They did a wonderful job on her. She loves all the girls. It was a wonderful experience. I will be bringing Bella every 3 weeks

Amazing!! What else can I say I drive from Palm Coast to Jacksonville because these ladies are Amazing!! My Lexi has a shiny coat and always smells so good, very friendly and they do a great job and treat her like their own.

Love love this place. Our Twinkie has been going here for about 4 years they don’t charge extra for matting they keep her all day and that allows her to play with the other dogs in the mean time. Come here noww

So far so good! Is the first time I take my baby to Puppy Palace. I adopted a Soft Coated weaten terrier and definitely not every groomer knows how to work their hair. I loved how good her smell was when I went to pick my baby up, she had Smoother hair too. Day two she still smells great. Her hair cut, pretty good. Friendly service. I will take my baby back there when is due ❤

This an update; more than two weeks away my baby still smells great and her hair is soft. I know they give a skin treatment included in the package, it seems to make a difference. They also have affordable and competitive prices 👍🏻 I am greatful I found Puppy Palace.

We have been taking our Boston up here to Ms. Sandy for just over 6 years now & they are great! They treat our little lady like a princess 💕 we wouldn’t take our furbabies anywhere else.

Only place ill ever trust my 3 fur babies with. They always take good care of my babies and i have never had to worry about them clipping thier nails too far down. Ginger loves going there and getting pampered. She is our diva lol.

My husband brought our Australian shepherd here to be groomed and had nothing but good things to say about the staff. Waffles had a blast playing with other dogs and came home smelling and looking amazing. We have tried a few groomers, and this place was by far, hands down, the best groomer we’ve had. Head to toe, the best results. He smells so clean, his coat is the softest it’s ever been and they trimmed his so well. Definitely will be coming back regularly. Extraordinary! Sandy and the other professionals provide beyond expectations! Our puppy, Derry, can't wait to get in the door to see "her friends." She always looks and smells good when we get her, and she has slept for 12 hours after her day at the Palace.

I went to this establishment yesterday to get my Toy Poodle a much needed haircut; even coming through the door, I was met with a friendly environment, welcoming area, and friendly, professional people. The prices are absolutely fair and my boy is looking HANDSOME! I'll definitely be making a trip back there next time one of my fur children need a cut.

Very professional, my border aussie loves the house golden doodle. I will take him just to see her, but above that the staff are always courteous and on time.

All I needed was 2 chihuahua's nails trimmed. Puppy Palace took us in right away. Everyone else was too busy, booked thru mid week next week. Uh, excuse me, Puppy Palace was really busy too. But they didn't turn us away. They were busy and kept up with the flow. Thank you puppy Palace for not putting us on the back burner...... Thank you for being professional and caring with my dogs.

Sandy the owner is the absolute best. I take all 3 of my dogs here currently and have gone to Sandy for years. She has struggled with staffing but always manages to get through it and get the dogs taken care of. I appreciate her and her employees.

Awesome place. we walked in and the place was very clean, they did an awesome job. I'll be going back the next time my girl needs a bath.

They are the absolute best. My Frenchie is so active and can be a bit much, but they care for him as if he's their own. I know that I can trust that he's in loving capable hands.
