Mister Car Wash

This is a great car wash. I love the unlimited membership, gives you unlimited car washes and vacuuming for a monthly fee. The fee is very reasonable and pays for itself in two car washes compared to other pay per wash places. I have gotten my car washed, then it rained and was able to go back and get another car was on the same day! The vacuums are very powerful and they have a floor mat cleaner machine. The place os always clean, the staff smiles and it seems to be maintained well. I would definitely recommend.

Wow this place actually washes the car. I paid for a level 2 wash with no upgrades, and my car is seriously clean even the wheels are sparkling!!! The young lady that prewashed the front end...was awesome. I'll bring my car here again. Spectacular Service!

I travel for work in my personal vehicle and have a Mister Car wash membership. This location BY FAR has the best service out of all the locations I have been to in Middle Tennessee and Alabama. Even 30 minutes before close, attendants are there and spraying and scrubbing the front and windshield, something that doesn't even happen every time at each location. I have never seen a car wash less crowded than I did at this car wash. The guy standing at the kiosk was polite and it kept me from having to touch the machine which was great. Generally, it freaks me out about the idea of why the kiosk was designed to help the process and cut down on people to have to stand there but there's someone standing at those kiosks, pre-covid, to try and convince me to get the unlimited package. However, this particular car wash gets a thumbs up because the process was super quick and super easy.

love the concept great way to keep your car clean every day, employees are awesome always a smile and helpful. I would love to see them spend a little more tome spraying front of vehicles for bugs. i will always be a customer even if they do not spray the bugs good just a suggestion

This is a great place to make your car shine. Always friendly staff and convenient location. Unlimited membership is a great deal which will pay for itself if you wash your car more than twice a month.

Caitlin and Michael were super nice and accommodating. My car was a mess and they were so kind to put in the extra effort to make sure it was sparkling before we left.

We are in the unlimited wash plan with our blue car and we love it. Today I took my mother in law car also to sign it into the plan and believe me that lil car needed it bad. I went thru and when I was drying the manager Justin came and check to make sure it came out clean, it still had some spots and he suggested to do the wash again and they power washed some areas this time (the first time they scrub it). Second go around and came out spotless. Justin provided excellent customer service. We will keep recommending Mister car wash here in Decatur.

Love this car wash. It's fun to go thru and the suction on the vacuums are outstanding. I have a monthly membership and it's well worth it. Plus you can skip the line. If you are a ride share driver or have children it's a must have.

Great customer service here! The rubber mat water was not working at the moment and the attendant offered to power wash my mats. Love the free vacuums as well.

Mr. Car wash is great. They do a good job. Staff is excellent. Gets the job done. Love that vacuumis free with wash. Also, if you get the membershipits 20$ a month for unlimited washes.

i'm not real happy about the price increase. also I would like to be able to upgrade to the underbody wash and the wax about every 3 months by paying a onetime fee. I don't need the underbody wash and wax every time I wash my truck. I just need the regular wash 90 percent of the time .
