Staff is great and always friendly. Great price and great way to keep up on car cleanliness during the winter. Definitely worth the monthly membership!

The owner was so thankful and kind. Hollering and Waving at kids in the back seat. So upbeat. He ritually made my day better with his joy and kindness. Not only that but my car was cleaned SO well. The vacuums work so much better than the other place in town and my tires from the tire shine are SO SHINY!!! I will totally only go here because of how grateful and thankful he was for our business. It makes you want to spend your money with people who appreciate it.

I love going to Mister car wash. The atmosphere is great and the service is great. I had trouble understanding which car wash I wanted and a lovely girl name Elsbeth helped me understand the choices to make my decision. I will definitely be back.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the wash

FIRST off I called Aaron the store manager and talk to him about getting my car washed, because I've never been there before and he was very informative. SECOND off Cornelius was great making sure my car was clean. THIRD of all the highlight of my day this great young man name Houston he was very helpful and making sure my car was clean because someone threw up on my car and he was very helpful on making sure I left satisfied he was very nice well spoken great at customer service was willing to do anything to make sure I left the car wash satisfied I never thought I could feel this way going to a car wash he made me feel like (Houston that is) I was at a five star hotel I just got the $7 wash but he made me want to become a member this man needs a raise promotion or some type of incentive. GREAT GROUP OF GUY AND GOOD COMPANY

I absolutely love going through this car wash, I have been to several others here locally and they simply do not compare. Norman Tucker is one of the main reasons, he is very friendly and upbeat when you drive through, and he makes you enjoy getting your car washed. He also takes his time with each vehicle making sure it gets cleaned properly. I always recommend this car wash to my friends and family.

This place is okay, but my complaint is it started at $5 for the basic car wash, then it went to$6, now it's $7 for the basic car wash, so I mean every year or so is it gonna keep rising? The basic was is what I'm referring to, it does a decent job, obviously there is always a few lines from the brushes especially on the back of the vehicle, but you do get to use the vacuum for free, as long as you want, and in our area they just updated the vacuums so they are fairly new and clean, there wasn't anybody there cleaning them when we went, I mean as far as sanitizing after each use, because of covid so be aware of that, we just used some baby wipes we had in the car before we used them, other than that, there was someone there at the kiosk to do all that for you so your not touching the screen to select your wash and insert the cash and get the receipt, but once again my only complaint really is the rising price for the wash, the basic wash!

I've always been satisfied with the wash. Neve has my truck or car been damaged and they come out sparkling.
Update : had my truck cleaned and it came out awesome wish I had one closer it's an hour away so when. I have business where they are I always stop to get my truck washed.

Absolutely amazing staff! Specifically Alastor! I lost my necklace that is in memory of my mom. She sifted through the garbage just to find it for me! An Absolute God sent Angel! Thank you for your kindness!

My first time going was great. A few spots were missed but that was fine. I think the way my car sit made the difference, however, the back of the car was clean. Went to another car wash before this one and the back was still dirty. It was even hand dried and the people STILL missed it. This is my go to spot for a quick was and vacuum. Which is free. 😉😉

Let me say- I go here at least 2x a week if not more. The best. I love the people and they make me feel like family!!! I mean who leaves the car wash smiling because of such a great experience with the people?!! me!!

To get the best bang for your buck you should go unlimited. My husband refuses to wash his truck but I got him unlimited and now he has no excuse just pull up scan drive through and finish. If you don't need to vacuum you can be in and out in under 5 minutes. I stop by while I'm still enjoying route home from work it takes no extra time.

I was very impressed with the results! The vacuums have great suction any my car looked great inside and out in no time. It was my first time there and the staff was very helpful in explaining my options and what would be great for my first visit.

As a monthly member, I love going to the 14th. Street Mister Car Wash. All the employees are great but Houston just makes your day! So upbeat, glad to see you and I always roll my window down just to say hello. He even did my Weathertech floor liners for me one day when he wasn't attending cars going through the tunnel. He is truly an asset to your business! Give the man a raise!

We came from half way across the country, and were relieved to find a Mister Car Wash. When we pulled in, our membership wouldn't read, but of course, someone was right there to assist us. We explained we were from out of town, and what membership we had. He was unable to look it up because the numbers were different, but was still happy to honor our membership and let us use the vacuums. Can't thank them enough!

Highly reccomend, friendly staff, very clean area and free Vaccums. They have monthly memberships and are worth getting, why pay every time to go to the wash when you can pay once a month and come in as many times as you want to. I normally come 5-6 times a month but its so worth coming here and I reccomend this location due to it being so slow here and it’s not as busy as the other shops on Decatur.

This car wash does a good job. They always have towels, glass cleaner and spray scents. Face it people if you want hand wash quality you should not come here.
