Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Great staff. Great food our burgers were made fresh and looked great tasted great. Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. It took a little longer on the wait time but that's cause they made it all fresh. Amazing on my next trip to Milwaukee I'll be stopping again.

The only thing was they got busy in drive thru and ignored people at the counter. We waited almost 5 minutes. I saw another woman wait over 10 minutes.

I ordered a very specific cake 🎂 for my birthday and it looked great everyone was so nice and helpful I definitely recommend them.

Mary Lynn, cake decorator extraordinaire, has come through with perfectly designed cakes for kids’ birthday parties, oftentimes with not a lot of notice. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this store and its friendly & efficient team members.

Literally walked in 3 seconds later we were severed by a very nice and polite man. Who ever he is deserves a raise. Much better service than the oconomowoc location.

Excellent staff but even better is there Chilli cheese dog ask for onions and mustard. The cake lady there is outstanding she even helps make blizzards when they are busy. Thank you

We were there on Labor Day, one man manning the grill and one girl manning the drive thru, the counter and making all the ice ream orders. There was a constant flow of drive thru and inside traffic for orders, the girl did an outstanding job.

Friendly and efficient staff, got our order quick through the drive thru and food was fresh

The cotton candy blizzard is so good!

They ran into some technical difficulties getting the photo my sister provided onto the cake for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary but they went above and beyond to get it done and we were SO HAPPY!! Everyone loved the look, and taste :), of the cake!

Apparently only drive thru was open but they were very friendly and efficient. Hardly a wait at all. Strawberry malts was thick and tasty. Will definitely stop back.

I was pleasantly surprised. After years of avoiding DQ food (I've still enjoyed their frozen treats) due to a meal that was microwaved (this was in 2007, and a different location), we decided to hit the drive through today (05/02/21). The service was fast, and the food was tasty and well prepared. Way to go DQ Delafield, after almost 14 years of refusing to dine with DQ you brought me back!

The food was ok but what really made me want to give this a five star rating was the phenomenial customer service. Shoutout to whoever said “my b” at the drive thru that one Friday night. Be sure to give my mans a raise 👍

I’m here at Dairy Queen picking up 90 gift cards. The staff is great! They have to slide each one through a machine and they are doing it with joy and having fun. Great service!

We have been disappointed with the Brookfield DQ multiple times. This disappointment was finally redeemed by this DQ. We finally found a great DQ near us (the 20 min drive is worth it). The food was hot, fresh, and the most important part that Brookfield misses...it is exactly what we ordered. My family and I cannot wait to go back again in the near future.

New Blizzards are delicious. The pretzels were good. Especially liked the cheese. Yum!

Mostly teenagers working very hard!! Management issues & shortness of staff cause issues with open hours and lobby access.

Don't take it out on the employees as they are doing the best they can!!

I love going to Dairy Queen! $5 meal is cheap and fills you up, plus you get ice cream, a drink, burger, and fries. Food tastes great as well and you can eat outside.
