Nasser Thomas DO

Dr. Thomas Nasser, is One of the most compassionate caring Drs., that has ever graced the earth, I am and have been, Truley Blessed, to be a long standing patient of his. He HAS ALWAYS BEEN a Human, Family Man and Friend, as well as a Doctor. The best kind of person at ANYONE'S side during the best and worst of the healing process. In 18+ years he is consistantly, "CONSISTANT". He is always concerned with me and my healing process, not just in "his" practices but he's always seen the "whole picture". All the time. Remembering the smallest of details. Never ever getting it wrong! He has ALWAYS been concerned with my health AND COMFORT. His staff is ALWAYS educated and compassionate. (There are other Dr s with staff in the office as well. Also, them are always kind and compassionate as well.)
Thank you DR. T. NASSER!!!! Thank you for all you have done for me and patients all over LA county and elsewhere! If you are looking for a Human as a Dr., this is the way to go! (Probably find other Dr.s there at AVORS, as well!)

It is important to note;
The Staff has A LOT to deal with. They have had AMAZING people come and go through the 18+ years that I have been with Dr T. Nasser. They keep the good ones. Others find that they don't want to stay. But ALL OF THEM have a Tramendous amount people that they encounter- every single day. So try to remember that these people are putting themselves in harms way, every single day they go to work. Also keep im mind that these people are; Mothers/fathers/sisters/brothers..... Compassion always wins At Dr Nassers Clinique.

Dr Nasser us a life saver. I am so glad that I was sent to him. I will never go to anyone but Avors. I have everything all in one building and its amazing how much they care. They are the first place I have ever been to that shows you respect and care above and beyond the job. Great nurses,Great staff, Great Dr.'s, Amazing Thank you ALL so much!!! I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Nasser is a top notch pain management physician. He’s caring and attentive, listens to everything concern, addresses every issue. You’d be crazy not to want to have this guy on your side for pain management!

Very compassionate and explains treatment to the non doctor

Dr. Nasser does not do any type of prior research on his patients condition(s). He makes assumptions that everyone is the same and fits into a box. Did not make an effort to remember my case. Office staff was unprofessional and gave me attitude.

I was a patient of Dr. Nasser's for just under a year. When I got to him, I had spent nearly 11 months in nursing homes and 4 major hospitals and was in severe constant pain. I explained to the Doctor that while in the nursing homes, they frequently missed pain meds and DRY DETOXED me twice because the either forgot to order the meds or they disappeared.

When Dr. Nasser entered the patient room that day, it was clear he was disoriented. He called ma another patients name after looking at me and then tried to use another mans file to treat me until I pointed it out. The man he thought I was had a court case or something and I know that because of the questions he asked me. He was asking me questions from another patients chart. THIS ALONE IS TROUBLING ENOUGH TO NOT SEE DR. NASSER, WHAT IF THEY GAVE YOU OR ME THE WRONG MEDICATION? WHEN YOU ARE TAKING NARCVOTICS AND OTHER MEDS THAT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! THEY WERE UNFASED ABOUT IT, LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL, THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLIGIZE!

Dr Nasser assured me that that would not happen in his office. That was a LIE! NOT ONLY THAT ONE OF THE STAFF ASKED FOR A BRIBE TO COMPLETE DOCTORS PAPERWORK AND WHEN i WOULDN'T PAY THE 10 DOLLARS, THIS WOMEN CALLED THE PHARMACY AND CANCELLED MY MEDICATIONS IN RETALIATION.

I tried calling the doctor over 10 times in three days and was so sick I couldn't move for days. The DISHONESTY of DR> Nasser and his staff is over the top criminal and I have filed a complaint with the State of California.

If you care about your well being and safety, STAY AWAY FROM DR. Nasser. Or for that matter the entire office. If they fid that to me, I can only imagine what they have done to others. I am currently speaking with an attorney.

I want to be clear about this, when this happened I called the dr.
s office and the staff that had just done what they had done refused to put me through to the doctor repeatedly, THAT CAN NOT BE TOLLERATED!

It took two months to get my first appointment with Dr Nassar. On my first appointment, Dr Nassar came in (after I had waited a very long time) and asked his assistant for the x-rays and MRI. The lab had not sent them in yet, so this visit was over in less than 2 minutes.
After the appointment I called the lab and arranged to have the x-rays and MRI mailed to Dr Nassar's office. A week later I called back to make sure the records were there and also to make another appointment. Yes, my records had arrived. Like before, it was another month until I could get an appointment.
At this second appointment I waited a very long time and finally a young lady came in and asked if I new where the MRI and x-rays were. They could not locate them. I explained that I had called to confirm they had my records before I made the appointment. She left the room and I waited another long period. Finally she came back and said they could not locate them. I left without ever seeing Dr Nassar.
A week later a person from Dr Nassar's office called and said they had located my records and I could come back in. On my third appointment I had to wait a very long time. Finally Dr Nassar came in, looked at my records and said there was nothing he could do. My time with Dr Nassar was about 30 seconds. This entire process was very frustrating.

Dr Nassar has three offices. One on Santa Clarita, one in Lancaster, and another in Ridgecrest. These are large offices with multiple waiting rooms and a large staff of non-medical personnel that are there only to shuffle patients to maximize profits. I cannot honestly recommend this office for any medical treatment.

Great Dr. Horrible staff. It takes MONTHS, countless calls, no call backs, and repeatedly having to inform them they're not submitting paperwork correctly before you can get relief. After my husband's last injection, we called almost immediately because he was in an abnormally high amount of pain, his whole body was muscle spasms. The people at the desk wouldn't even contact the Dr and let him know what was going on. We ended up in the ER! And the paperwork given for the injection didn't even specify the drug injected, so we couldn't inform ER docs! Now that injection has worn off, we're once again trying to get his untrained, constantly new staff, to submit the correct paperwork. I would say some issue is because it's dealing with the VA, BUT we have contacts who rushed the paperwork through, only for it to be wrong (they got approval for procedure, but nothing for the surgical center they do the procedure at...had the exact same problem 4 months ago!!!)

Waited over an hour, described my symptoms. He was more concerned with leaving in four minutes and scheduling me for another appointment in a month. As a clinical social worker, not impressed.

I really hate this office. The people there does not answer their phone or return your phone call. They blame the patient instead of taking the responsibility that they failed job

They placed me on hold even if im number 1 on queue then someone answered and placed me on hold again 3rd time they answered then hung up!

Wating in room fo 45 min not good
